共 142 頁 第 1 頁 前 言 隨著我國建設(shè)事業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展 、大規(guī)?；A(chǔ)性建設(shè)的陸續(xù)開動，國家需要越來越多素質(zhì)高、實踐能力強的建設(shè)人才。作為土木工程專業(yè)的本科生，我們無疑將在這場大建設(shè)中擔(dān)任主力軍的角色，任重而道遠。 大學(xué)四年來我們已經(jīng)打下了堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)，但從學(xué)校到社會工作還需要我們多加實踐磨練，而畢業(yè)設(shè)計正是給了我們這樣一個絕好的機會。 畢業(yè)設(shè)計是大學(xué)本科教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)的重要階段，是畢業(yè)前的綜合學(xué)習(xí)階段 ,是深化、拓寬、綜合教和學(xué)的重要過程 ，也是考察本科畢業(yè)生不可或缺的一個重要教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié) 。 本 次 畢業(yè)設(shè)計題目為《 宿遷華育中學(xué)學(xué)生公寓 樓設(shè)計》。 在畢業(yè)設(shè)計前期，我溫習(xí)了《結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)》 、 《混凝土 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計原理 》、《 工程 結(jié)構(gòu)抗震》等知識，并查閱了《混凝土 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 規(guī)范》 、 《 建筑 抗震 設(shè)計 規(guī)范》、《 建筑結(jié)構(gòu) 荷載規(guī)范》 和《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計規(guī)范》 等規(guī)范。在畢業(yè)設(shè)計中 期 ，我們通過所學(xué)的基本理論、專業(yè)知識和基本技能進行建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。 期間，指導(dǎo)老師每周都給我們開指導(dǎo)課，不厭其煩地講解及指出錯誤的地方，使我們逐步地進入了正軌 。在畢業(yè)設(shè)計后期，主要進行設(shè)計手稿的電子排版整理，并得到老師的審批和指正，使我圓滿地完成了設(shè)計任務(wù)，在此我表示衷心的感謝。 畢業(yè)設(shè)計的 三 個月 里，在指導(dǎo)老師的幫助下，經(jīng)過資料查閱、設(shè)計計算、 設(shè)計說明書的 撰寫以及外文翻譯，使我加深了對新規(guī)范、規(guī)程、手冊等相關(guān)內(nèi)容的理解，鞏固了專業(yè)知識，提高了綜合分析、解決問題的能力。 同時， 熟練掌握 了 CAD 繪 圖軟件，以及多種 office 辦公 軟件 。畢業(yè)設(shè)計讓我學(xué)到了比過去四年學(xué)習(xí)中更多的知識，并溫習(xí)了很多逐漸淡忘的知識，真正做到了“溫故而知新”。 框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的計算工作量很大，在計算過程中以手算為主， 加 以 excel 表格的輔助計算 。由于 本人 水平有限， 加之對專業(yè)知識的理解不夠充分， 難免有不妥和疏漏之處，敬請各位老師批評指正 ，以便我能進一步提高！ 2021 年 5 月 18 日 共 142 頁 第 2 頁 摘 要 本 工程為宿遷華育中學(xué)學(xué)生公寓樓設(shè)計，位于宿遷市雙莊鎮(zhèn) ，總建筑面積約為5100mm2，總 建筑 高度為 。主體 6 層，每層 層高 。 本設(shè)計的內(nèi)容包括建筑設(shè)計和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 兩 部分。 建筑設(shè)計階段 ： 進行了總體方案設(shè)計、平面設(shè)計、立面設(shè)計、剖面設(shè)計，以及屋面、樓梯等構(gòu)造設(shè)計， 并 完成了建筑設(shè) 計總 說明及有關(guān) 建筑 圖。 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計階段 ： 進行了結(jié)構(gòu)平面布置、估算截面尺寸、 水平地震 荷載計算、側(cè)移驗算、 豎向荷載計算、 框架計算、內(nèi)力計算、內(nèi)力組合及構(gòu)件設(shè)計等工作，并 完成了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 總 說明 、屋面板和樓面板配筋圖 、 次梁配筋圖、 框架配筋圖、樓梯 和 基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖。 本建筑上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系 ， 下部采用 獨立 基礎(chǔ) 和雙柱聯(lián)合基礎(chǔ)， 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中考慮了恒載、樓屋面活載及地震水平作用 、 荷載 效應(yīng) 組合 等問題。本設(shè)計框架抗震等級為 四 級。對框架梁、柱按強剪弱彎 、 強柱弱梁原則進行構(gòu)件配筋設(shè)計，并考慮了地震區(qū)對配筋的各種構(gòu)造要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：學(xué)生公寓 建筑設(shè)計 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 框架結(jié)構(gòu) 共 142 頁 第 3 頁 ABSTRACT This project is undergraduate dormitory of Nanchang University, located in Honggutan campus, with a total construction area of approximately 6200 square meters, total building height of . It consists of the main sixstory, and each storey is high. It is a middle corridor type dormitory, and every unit has two quarters and a balcony and a washroom in it. The designs include architectural design and structural design. Architectural design stage: a general program design, graphic design, elevation design, profile design, and roof, stairs and other structural design. And pleted the general information of construction design and building plans note. Structural design stage: the structure layout, estimating section size, the level of seismic load calculation, the lateral checked, vertical load calculation, the framework calculation, the internal force calculation, the bination of internal forces and ponent design etc. and pleted the general information of structure design, roof panel and floor panel reinforcement chart, subbeam reinforcement chart, frame reinforcement chart, stair and infrastructure construction chart. The superstructure of this building use the framework of castinplace reinforced concrete structure, and the lower part adopt independent foundation and double column bined foundation. The structural design considers of the dead and lives load of floor and roof, and the level of the earthquake, load effect binations, etc. The seismic design of framework is four grades. The design of beams and columns are base on the principle of weak shearbending and strongweak beam, and to consider the earthquake zone on the reinforcement of structural requirements.
