皖西學院本科畢業(yè)論文(設計) 第 I 頁 三通管注塑模具設計 作 者 趙 大 指導教師 李 梅 摘要 :三通管作為一種連接件在日常生活中應用廣泛。本文主要介紹了三通管注塑模具的設計過程。本設計通過對塑件的工藝分析,確定其主要成型工藝參數(shù),設計了三通管注塑模具中的各個系統(tǒng),如澆注系統(tǒng)、導向與定位機構、側向分型和抽芯機構、脫模機構、分型面、冷卻系統(tǒng)及排氣系統(tǒng)等,并對所選用的注塑機參數(shù)進行了校核,最后繪制出模具的裝配總圖,完成本文的編寫。 該注塑模具為雙分型面結構,一模一腔,采用滾輪式滑板側向抽芯機構,利用推桿將塑件脫出,結構合理,運行可靠。 整個設 計過程不僅使用了傳統(tǒng)的設計方法,還運用了 CAD、 PRO/E 等技術,大大提高了設計的效率。本次設計能加強對注塑模具成型原理的理解,同時鍛煉了注塑模具設計和制造能力。 關鍵詞 :三通管 注塑模具 側抽芯 Threeway Pipe Injection Mold Design Abstract: The threeway pipe as a connection in daily life is used widely. This paper introduces the process of the threeway pipe injection mold design. Through to the analysis of the technology of plastic parts, determine its main molding process parameters, the design of injection mould threeway pipe each of the system, such as gating system, orientation and the position of the institutions, side parting and corepulling mechanism, ejection mechanism, the parting surface, cooling systems and exhaust slot. And checked the selected injection molding machine parameters, finally draw mold assembly drawing, pletes the preparation. This injection mold is two joint surfaces structure, dying structure adopted one module one cavity, used the side corepulling mechanism of a roller type slide,using the push rod plastic parts prolapse, it is a reasonable structure, reliable operation. The whole design process not only using traditional design method, still use of the CAD, PRO / E and other technology greatly improving the design efficiency. The design of injection mould can strengthen the understanding of forming principle, while exercising the injection molding mould design and manufacturing ability.
