河南理工大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)任務(wù)書(shū) 專(zhuān)業(yè)班級(jí): 土木工程 道橋 103 班 學(xué)生姓名: 一、題目: 焦 作 惠普 橋上部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 二、起止日期 2021 年 3 月 29 日 至 2021 年 6 月 10 日 三、主要任務(wù)與要求 任務(wù):橋梁的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);橋梁的行車(chē)道板設(shè)計(jì);主梁的設(shè)計(jì);橫隔梁的設(shè)計(jì);支座的設(shè)計(jì);共計(jì)五個(gè)部分組成。 要求: ①學(xué)生應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)大綱規(guī)定的內(nèi)容,獨(dú)立完成相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù),設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)文字部分不少于 3萬(wàn)字。 ②在設(shè)計(jì)中必須貫徹執(zhí)行黨和政府關(guān)于道橋基本建設(shè)工作的各項(xiàng)方針、政策, 設(shè)計(jì)編制的內(nèi)容應(yīng)符合《公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、 《公路橋涵設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》 等 行業(yè)規(guī)程和規(guī)定。 ③ 設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)力求技術(shù)先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理、安全可靠。 ④ 從事專(zhuān)題科研的學(xué)生,對(duì)從事的科研專(zhuān)題必須提交出全部或階段報(bào)告??蒲杏?jì)劃由指導(dǎo)教師和學(xué)生共同研究編制。 ⑤ 設(shè)計(jì)中除列出計(jì)算過(guò)程外,應(yīng)闡明設(shè)計(jì)原則和依據(jù),對(duì)不同方案應(yīng)作技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)論證,做到說(shuō)明清晰、詳細(xì),計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確。 ⑥ 完成不少 于 25000字符的專(zhuān)業(yè) 外文翻譯。 指導(dǎo)教師: 職稱(chēng): 院 領(lǐng) 導(dǎo): 簽字(蓋章) 年 月 日 I 摘 要 本 設(shè)計(jì)主要是關(guān)于小跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡(jiǎn)支箱梁橋上部結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡(jiǎn)支箱梁橋以結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能好、變形小、行車(chē)平順舒適、養(yǎng)護(hù)工程量小、抗震能力強(qiáng)等而成為最富有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要橋型之一 。 設(shè)計(jì)橋梁標(biāo)準(zhǔn)跨度 35 米 , 橫向布置 4 片箱梁,橋面寬為 米 ,設(shè) 計(jì)車(chē)道數(shù)為 3 車(chē)道 。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程如下: 首先,確定主梁主要構(gòu)造及細(xì)部尺寸, 它必須與橋梁的規(guī)定和施工保持一致 。 考慮到抗彎剛度及抗扭剛度的影響,設(shè)計(jì)采用箱形梁。頂板厚度沿全橋不變?yōu)? 米 , 底板厚度在跨中為 米 ,端部為 米 。 其次,計(jì)算橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)總的內(nèi)力 (包括恒載和活載的內(nèi)力計(jì)算 )。然后進(jìn)行內(nèi)力組合,從而估算出縱向預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的數(shù) 量 ,然后再布置預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線 。 然后 ,計(jì)算后張法中各個(gè)階段的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失。 進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行截面強(qiáng)度的驗(yàn)算,其中包括承載能力極限狀態(tài)和正常使用極限狀態(tài)。在正常使用極限狀態(tài)驗(yàn)算中包括計(jì)算截面的混凝土法向應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算、預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋中的拉應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算、截面的主應(yīng)力計(jì)算,預(yù)應(yīng) 力階段和使用階段主梁截面的強(qiáng)度和變形驗(yàn)算、錨固區(qū)局部強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算和撓度的計(jì)算。 最后 , 對(duì)橫隔梁和行車(chē)道板進(jìn)行配筋計(jì)算,并對(duì)支座 進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :箱梁橋 ; 預(yù)應(yīng)力損失 ; 有效預(yù)應(yīng)力 II ABSTRACT The design is mainly on smallspan prestressed concrete simply supported box girder bridge super structure .Prestressed concrete simply supported box girder bridge has bee one of the most petitive bridges for its good behavior of structure、 small deformation、 good driving fort, a small amount of maintenance work and good seismic performance. The standard span is 35m. The width of the bridge is with four pieces box girder, three lanes. The design process is as follows: Firstly, draw up the main size of the beam. It must correspond with the provisions of the bridge and construction. Taking into account the effects of bending stiffness and torsional rigidity, the design takes the box girder. The roof thickness along the entire bridge was unchanged for the 。 slab thickness in the middle of the span is , the end of . Secondly, analyse internal gross force of the structures (including dead load and lived load), then bine the internal forces, estimate the number of longitudinal prestressed reinforcement, and then arrange the prestressed steel strand. Thirdly, calculate the prestress loss at each stage with post tensioning method. And check section intensity further, including bearing capacity limit state and serviceability limit state. In normal use limit state checking the concrete method including the calculation of section to stress checking, prestressed reinforcement in tensile principal force checking, section stress calculation, prestressing stage and using stage girder section of the strength and deformation calculation of anchorage zone, local strength and deflection calculation. Finally, does the reinforcement calculation of the cross beam, deck and the bearing are designed.
