安徽工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 本科畢業(yè) (設(shè)計(jì) )論文 題目 :挖掘機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),建模及運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真 Design of excavating mechanism, data modeling and motion simulation 課 題 類 型: 設(shè)計(jì)■ 實(shí)驗(yàn)研究□ 論文□ 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 學(xué) 號: 3090104232 專 業(yè) 班 級: 車輛 092 班 學(xué) 院: 機(jī)械與汽車工程學(xué)院 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: (講師) 201 3 年 6 月 10 日 安徽工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 挖掘機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),建模及運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真 摘 要 挖掘機(jī)構(gòu)是挖掘機(jī)的工作裝置,是挖掘機(jī)最核心的部分,負(fù)責(zé)挖掘機(jī)的整個(gè)動(dòng)作流程。挖掘機(jī)構(gòu)主要包括動(dòng)臂、斗桿、鏟斗。本文為研究挖掘機(jī)構(gòu)在一個(gè)工作時(shí)間中的循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)情況,對挖掘機(jī)構(gòu)的每個(gè)部件進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)分析,結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)和機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的知識,計(jì)算出各部分主要參數(shù),利用 Pro/E軟件進(jìn)行建模,和運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,同時(shí)得出相應(yīng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析圖像,力求與實(shí)際情況相似,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的研究意義。 挖掘機(jī)作為一種重要的工程機(jī)械,在國家建設(shè)的方方面面都不可或 缺。房屋新建、水利建設(shè)、礦山開發(fā)等等大大地解放了勞動(dòng)力,提高了生產(chǎn)率。同時(shí),它還可以持續(xù)使用,故研究其工作裝置具有重要的意義。采用傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析方法往往工作量大、不精確和不直觀。而采用 Pro/E 建模和仿真,直觀清晰地體現(xiàn)了動(dòng)作的時(shí)間和過程,簡單易懂,為整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)和性能評估提供了相應(yīng)的依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 工作裝置;運(yùn)動(dòng)分析;建模;運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真高潔:挖掘機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),建模及運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真 II Design of excavating mechanism, data modeling and motion simulation Abstract Excavator mechanism Which is excavator working device, is the core part of the excavator .It is responsible for the entire movement. excavator mechanism mainly prises a movable arm, boom, bucket. This article studies mining circular motion in a time of institutions. Each ponent of the digging mechanism is analysed, bining mathematics and motion worked out the main parameters of each part, It used Pro/E software to build up model, and the motion simulation, image analysis of the corresponding motion are strives to similar the actual it has the significance of reality. Excavator is a kind of important engineering machinery that in the national construction aspects are indispensable. It is used in housing construction, water conservancy construction, mining development, greatly reduces labor intensity,and improves productivity. At the same time, it also can be used continuously, so the study of its working device has important significance. Using the traditional analysis method is often heavy workload, not accurate and not intuitive. While the use of Pro/E modeling and simulation, clearly reflects the time and the process, so simple and easy to provides the basis for the design and performance evaluation.
