南京工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)論文 I ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 裝 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 訂 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 線 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 摘 要 中國(guó)是一個(gè)玩具 制造的 大國(guó), 產(chǎn)量位于世界前列。 但不是一個(gè)玩具強(qiáng)國(guó) ,玩具品質(zhì)不高。玩具設(shè)計(jì)缺乏創(chuàng)新,質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不高,生產(chǎn)未嚴(yán)格按工藝流程,生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)技術(shù)不充分,這些因素制約著中國(guó)玩具業(yè)的整體發(fā)展。 逆向工程作為一種高效的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法,可以顯著縮短產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)周期,改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,在國(guó)外已廣泛應(yīng)用工程設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域,國(guó)內(nèi)在汽車等行業(yè)有較普遍應(yīng)用,在玩具行業(yè)應(yīng)用不甚普遍。 將逆向工程應(yīng)用于玩具開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),可以提升玩具品質(zhì),縮短研發(fā)周期。本文,應(yīng)用逆向工程對(duì)一款電動(dòng)玩具飛機(jī)進(jìn)行了再設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)逆向 ,玩具飛機(jī)外形的云點(diǎn) ,對(duì)塑料件外形、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行 CATIA 數(shù)模重建,局部?jī)?yōu)化改設(shè)計(jì)。玩具飛機(jī)在外形上更美觀,工藝更合理,并對(duì)機(jī)械傳動(dòng)部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :逆向工程 電動(dòng)玩具 CATIA 基于逆向工程的電動(dòng)玩具直升飛機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract Toy industry of China is one of the nations of the largest products of toy. The industry is not the firstrate in the world. The development of toy industry of China is limited by many factors, such as design without innovation, lower quality standard, manufacturing no strict technology and with primitive methods. The reverse engineering (RE) is one of the most effective design methods, which has shorted the cycle of the product design with promoting the quality of products. The method has widely used many industries on aboard. Sheet metal design of automobile has applied the method in China. But the toy industry of China has hardly used the advanced method. Toy design with RE can cost less time and promote the quality of toys. This paper redesigned a toy airplane used a motor with REM under CATIA software, which is one of the most advanced soft of CAD/CAE/CAM. The design has these steps reversing the model, constructing points cloud, modeling the CAD model, modifying some outer forming and inner construct. The airplane has more beautiful on appearance and more reasonable construct. This paper also designed the mechanical system of the airplane.
