Signature: Date: 山東科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 摘要 I 摘 要 隨著地理信息系統(tǒng)在各行業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用、我國城市規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展擴大以及街區(qū)范圍的逐漸增大，城市管理部門對空間數(shù)據(jù)與非空間數(shù)據(jù)共享整合的要求日益迫切 。 由于地址信息并不直接等同于空間的地理位置 ， 因此 城市 地址信息空間化正是解決這一問題的關(guān)鍵。 通過對國內(nèi)外地址 信息 空間化的應(yīng)用進行 全面 研究 發(fā)現(xiàn)，國外已經(jīng)具備了成熟的地址匹配技術(shù)，但由于我國地址信息的特殊情況，不能夠簡單搬用這套方法。本文通過 借鑒國外進行地址編碼的經(jīng)驗，總結(jié)地址匹配的一般方法，并對我國城市地址進行系統(tǒng)分析 ，本著 科學(xué)性、可行性和易推廣性 等原則， 提出了 一種新的解決辦法 。 通過 對中文地址的特點和編碼規(guī)則進行總結(jié)，并設(shè)計出符合進行中文城市地址信息空間化的地址數(shù)據(jù)庫 。 在對眾多中文分詞算法進行研究的基礎(chǔ)上，提出一種新的、適合我國地址現(xiàn)狀的，以正則表達式和中文分詞為基礎(chǔ)的中文地址分詞和地址標(biāo)準化算法， 能夠?qū)χ形牡刂愤M行有效清洗和整理，并最終進行成功地匹配。 在 以上 研究 的 基礎(chǔ)上，開發(fā)出以武漢市為例的中文地址匹配引擎，實現(xiàn)了中文地址匹配的功能， 將屬性信息同空間位置進行關(guān)聯(lián)，大大提高了城市信息空間化的效率。該引擎已 在武漢市國土規(guī)劃管理信息系統(tǒng) 和新疆石河子規(guī)劃系統(tǒng) 中得到應(yīng)用 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 數(shù)字城市，地址編碼，地址匹配，信息空間化，中文分詞 山東科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 摘要 II ABSTRACT The paper analysis the surveying product demand after geological disasters in different stages of emergency response, summed up the task facing and should provide technical services of emergency department of surveying and mapping in the emergency response of different surveying products application models and service mode in different stage of emergency response, hope realize the quick response of emergency with the existing technology. Summarized the quickly methods and technique of data acquisition and data postprocessing, introduced in detail the processing of data acquisition and data postprocessing by UAV remote sensing system for example, hope to guide the data production of rapid response in the emergency. Collect all kinds of domestic existing base surveying data and special data in emergency department, analyzed space and attributes feature of all kinds of data, storage and management massive data using Oracle data management raster data, construct raster data pyramid model, realized the massive remote sensing images and DEM raster data delamination ,slice storage,and formulated uniform naming rules associated with spatial location, using the quadtree index technology created space index. At the same time ,to realize the efficient anization and management of vector data,for example fundamental geographic information data, emergency special using R tree index technology build spatial index, realize quick search of vector data. Designed database warehousing interface, realized raster data and vector data fast warehousing, update and extraction. Through the information issue service, realizes the data the longdistance access. According to emergency response direction rescue demand, design emergency direction decision system function module ,hope to realize the goal that emergency recovery control center control overall situation, fast direct and adjustment. .Finally summarizes each kind of emergency mapping data achievement application pattern, make emergency special application new products pattern.
