江蘇科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 55M 集散兩用船船體結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范設(shè)計 Structure design of 55 M distribution of dualuse vessel hull by rules江蘇科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 摘 要 隨著美國金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā),世界經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易形勢將發(fā)生重大變化,進(jìn)而會導(dǎo)致世界貿(mào)易海運量增長減緩,引發(fā)國際航運市場動蕩。 因此,在目前,這尚 不明朗的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易形勢下,多用途船將是船東們較為理想的運營船型之一。因為其能適應(yīng)多種航線 , 盡可能高效率地載運各種貨物 , 使用簡便 , 造價低廉。 本文介紹了 55M 集散兩用 船 船體結(jié)構(gòu) 規(guī)范設(shè)計的基本過程,主要依據(jù) CCS2021版《鋼質(zhì)內(nèi)河船舶 建造規(guī)范》進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 計算與校核。本船為前傾型首,方型尾全焊接結(jié)構(gòu)鋼質(zhì)船,材料除特殊聲明外,均為 CCSA 級鋼。設(shè)兩 層連續(xù)甲板,首尾部設(shè)單 層甲板室,采用單機(jī)單槳流線型雙支點平衡舵。貨艙區(qū)域為縱骨架式, 首尾及上層建筑為橫骨架式。 本文的主要內(nèi)容包括: 1. 多用途船的發(fā)展及展望,多用途 船 的 結(jié)構(gòu)特點,規(guī)范設(shè)計方法及設(shè)計過程中應(yīng)注意的問題。 2. 55M 集散兩用 船 船體 結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范設(shè)計 ,及船中貨艙區(qū)橫剖面的彎曲強(qiáng)度校核。 3. 典型橫剖面圖和基本結(jié)構(gòu)圖的繪制 。 關(guān)鍵詞 :多用途船 ; 集裝箱船 ; 規(guī)范設(shè)計;橫剖面圖;基本結(jié)構(gòu)圖 江蘇科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract Along with the US financial crisis39。s eruption, the world economics trade situation will have the tremendous change, will then cause the world trade marine transportation quantity growth to slow down, the initiation international shipping market will be turbulent. Therefore, in present, under this business not bright world economics trade situation, the multipurpose ship will be one of ship owners more ideal operation body forms. Because its can adapt many kinds of routes, the high efficiency carries each kind of cargo as far as possible, the use is simple, the construction cost is inexpensive. This paper introduce the basic structure of standardized design process of 55 M distribution of dualuse vessel hull, which is designed, calculated and checked according to CCS Steel Inland river Ships Construction Standard (2021 edition). This ship with raked bow, transom stern of welded steel structure, the material besides the special statement, is the CCSA level steel. second continuous deck, singlestorey deck houses at bow and stern, using singlepropeller aerodynamic balance fulcrum rudder. Cargo cabin district is longitudinal frame, the bow, stern and superstructure is transverse frame. The main contents of this article include: 1. Development and forecasting of multipurpose ship。 the structural characteristics of container ship。 the methods and what should be pay attention to during the design. 2. The basic process of 55 M distribution of dualuse vessel hull structure design, and examination of bending intensity of the midship section in district of cargo cabin. 3.
