【正文】 黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設計 I 摘 要 水資源是人類賴以生存的重要 資源 ,也是我國持續(xù)發(fā)展的保障 。隨著社會的發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)對給排水設施的需求日益增長。 如何保證飲水的清潔是給水工程的重要問題 。 在給水排水工程的不斷發(fā)展中,如何合理利用水處理技術(shù),給社會帶來健康符合標準的水源已經(jīng)成為水處理的重中之重,也是我們給水 工作 人員不可推卸的責任。 本設計題目為: 山東省濟南市天橋區(qū)新建給水處理工程設計, 設計規(guī)模為:164000m3/d,含自用水量) ,處理后的水質(zhì)嚴格按照 《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標準》( GB57492021)執(zhí)行 。 首先 , 根據(jù)城市地形圖 及廠址選擇原則 確定水廠位置, 再 按地形確定城市 管 網(wǎng)形式 為, 本設計采用 統(tǒng)一供水,為保證供水安全采用環(huán)狀管網(wǎng) , 通過 管網(wǎng)平差確定城市供水最不利點 ;其次, 根據(jù)水源水質(zhì) 條件通過工藝對比 確定 較適合的 凈水工藝流程 為: 原水 → 初沉池 → 取水泵站 → 管式靜態(tài)混合器 → 網(wǎng)格絮凝池 → 斜管沉淀池 →V 型濾池 → 清水池 → 二級泵房 → 城市管網(wǎng) 。本設計采用 PAC 為混凝劑,液氯為消毒劑。 本設計中所選用的方案具有運行經(jīng)驗豐富、處理效果好、施工簡單、配套設備少占地面積小、管理方便等特點。 本設計是對整個工程的詳細說明,它是繪制圖紙的依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 濟南市; 給水工程 ; 凈水廠 ; V 型濾池 黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設計 II Abstract Water resource is an important material for human being, and it is also the basic guarantee for the sustainable development of our country. This design topic is: New Design of Water Supply Project in Jilin Changyi District,the main purpose is to protect the water supply in Changyi District of Jilin city water quantity and quality. Water purification plant design scale is set to: ( including water content) , the water quality after treatment in strict accordance with the Drinking Water Health Standards( GB57492021) implementation. First of all, the position of water city terrain is determined by the drawings and site selection , the form of urban pipe work is determined by the terrain,this design uses the unified water supply, in ordering to ensure the water supply safe use of pipe work,and the most disadvantage of urban water supply is determined by the adjustment of pipe , according to the water quality condition of water source, the water purification process is determined by paring with the design uses aluminum sulfate as coagulant and liquid chlorine as selection of the design of the program has a wealth of experience, the treatment effect is good, the construction is simple, the matching equipment is small, the management is convenient and so on.
