多功能自動(dòng)撥測(cè)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘要 隨著通信市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,通信質(zhì)量和網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性已經(jīng)被越來越多地認(rèn)為是各運(yùn)營(yíng)商的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在這種情況下如何降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量是移動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)公司所面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。 由于移動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性 ,數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)不健全且告警范圍較窄 ,有些情況下業(yè)務(wù)中斷或者業(yè)務(wù)已受影響 ,但無告警產(chǎn)生 ,直到業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量嚴(yán)重劣化 ,用戶投訴大量產(chǎn)生時(shí) ,系統(tǒng)故障才被發(fā)現(xiàn)。撥叫測(cè)試是各電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商保證網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的重要手段。但傳統(tǒng)的人工撥測(cè)方法不僅人力成本高,而且效率低下,數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)難且結(jié)果誤差大,隨意性強(qiáng),并且難以進(jìn)行大范圍的測(cè)試。采用自動(dòng)撥測(cè)可以將大量的工程師從低水平的撥打測(cè)試上解放出來,直接節(jié)省人力資源,規(guī)范操作流程,提高發(fā)現(xiàn)和處理問題的速度。 論文 首先對(duì)當(dāng)前的維護(hù)模式以及撥測(cè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究 , 對(duì)比了人工撥測(cè)和自動(dòng)撥測(cè)系統(tǒng),指出了自動(dòng)撥測(cè)系統(tǒng)的意義所在。對(duì)于自動(dòng)撥測(cè)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)于嵌入式撥測(cè)模塊的工作原理、功能、硬件的結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件的設(shè)計(jì)思路進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的論 述。 通過多個(gè)案例,展現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)撥測(cè)系統(tǒng)在應(yīng)用過程中取得的效果。事實(shí)證明,多功能 自動(dòng)撥測(cè)系統(tǒng)有效地提升了網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)定性。全文最后,指出了自動(dòng)撥測(cè)系統(tǒng)下一階段的發(fā)展方向。 關(guān)鍵詞: 自動(dòng)撥測(cè)系統(tǒng) , 嵌入式模塊 , DTMF 信號(hào), 短信提醒 ABSTRACT With the fiercely increase of market petition, the quality of munication and the stability of telemunication works has been considered to be the core businesspetition by more and more operators. In this case, how to reduce operating costs, improve quality of service for mobile operators are facing major challenges. As the plexity of mobile business systems, data management system is not perfect and alarm narrower, in some cases business interruption or business has been affected, but no alarm is generated until the serious deterioration of the quality of service, a large number of user plaints arise, before system failures was found. Calling test is an important method to ensure the stable operation ofthe work for telemunication operators. However, the traditional manual callingtest is a waste of labor, inefficient and its results of statistics are randomness andstrongly in error. Nevertheless, it can hardly carry out in a wide range of test. Compared with manual calling, the automatic calling test can liberate a large number of engineersfrom the low level dialing, save the labor resources and standard the operationalprocesses which can improve the speed of discovery and dealing with problems. Firstly, the current status of maintenance mode and dial test are studied. The parison of automatic and manual calling test, the significance of the autocalling system is noted. Autocalling system architecture are described. The works, functions, hardware structure and software structure of embedded dialtest module are described. A number of cases, show that autocalling system in the application process has obtained the results. Facts have proved that multifunctional autocalling system to effectively enhance the work stability. Finally, what is next stage of development of the automatic calling test system are noted.
