1 打火機外殼注射模設(shè)計 摘要: 本文闡述了打火機注射模具的設(shè)計過程。首先,對塑件進行工藝性分析之后,利用 Pro/E參數(shù)化三維實體造型軟件完成塑件的三維造型。然后,通過 Moldflow 塑料模分析軟件對塑件進行充填分析,并選擇最佳澆口位置并進行某些模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計必要性的分析。根據(jù)塑件的結(jié)構(gòu),雙分型面,一模兩腔,設(shè)計中采用了瓣合鑲塊的模具結(jié)構(gòu)。在澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方面,設(shè)計中采用了一種特別的澆口形式,外形類似香蕉的“香蕉”型潛伏式澆口。由于采用了瓣合模的模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式,設(shè)計中還采用了斜導柱側(cè)向抽芯機構(gòu)。在模具成型零件設(shè)計方 面,設(shè)計中對成型零件的機構(gòu)和尺寸進行了合理的考慮和計算。另外,針對塑件的螺紋結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計采用了鏈輪脫螺紋機構(gòu)。此外,本文也對注射模的導向機構(gòu)設(shè)計及加熱冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的必要性進行了說明。最后,設(shè)計還包括了零件圖和裝配圖的繪制。 關(guān)鍵詞: 注射模 Moldflow “ 香蕉 ” 型潛伏式澆口 瓣合鑲塊 鏈輪 The design of injection mold for cigarettelighter shell Abstract: The design process of injection mold of the cigarettelighter shell is elaborated on in the text. First, after the analysis of the process of plastic production , the threeD model of plastic production is done by the Pro/E software. Then, after the analysis for the best location of gate and shaping by the Moldflow software, can choose the best location of the gate and analyze the necessity of some structures of injection mold. According the structure of plastic production, two separating lines and double mold cavities ,the half mold is used in the design. A special gate which is called banana gate for its contour is used in the feed system in the design. The design includes the devise of side parting system for the reason of the half mold. As for the working parts of the injection mold ,the design also prise the structure and dimensions of the working parts. Besides, as for the spiral structure with the plastic production the design adopts the gear wheel as the shedder system .In addition, the design of guidance system for the injection mold and the necessity of the design of the heating and cool system are explained in the text. Finally, the design prise the drafting of the parts and assembling parts.
