Degree Dissertation NO： A06110080 Synergistic Effect of Gentamicin and Amoxicillin Treatment Test of Chicken Escherichia Coli Student’s Name： Meng Yuanjian Supervisor： Liu Kexiang Department and faculty： Veterinary Medicine Major： Veterinary Medicine Northeast Agricultural University Harbin China Oct 2021 慶大霉素和阿莫西林的 協(xié)同作用對雞大腸桿菌病的治療 試 驗 I 摘要 雞大腸桿菌病是危害雞養(yǎng)殖業(yè)最為嚴重的疾病之一，是由大腸埃希菌屬中的致病性大腸桿菌 所致的動物和人共患的一種 傳染病，以纖維素性漿膜炎 、 卵黃性腹膜炎和卡他性腸炎等為特征。 大腸桿菌病 多使用疫苗進行預(yù)防，可以使用 抗生素 進行治療。 大腸桿菌病給養(yǎng)殖業(yè)造成極大的經(jīng)濟損失，為了能更好更有效的治療雞大腸桿菌病，本實驗以自然感染大腸桿菌的患雞為治療動物，研究藥物單獨用藥和聯(lián)合用藥對大腸桿菌病的療效。實驗中將 經(jīng)診斷患有大腸桿菌病的 雛雞 隨機分為 3 組，每組 30 只 ，第一組給藥硫酸慶大霉素（ 100 mg/kg拌料）、第二組給藥阿莫西林可溶性粉（ 100 mg/kg拌料）、第三組硫酸慶大霉素和阿莫西林可溶性粉聯(lián)合用藥（ 100 mg/kg拌料，各 50mg/kg），連續(xù)給藥 5d。主要以各組治愈率和存活率等為標準評價療效。結(jié)果表明，慶大霉素和阿莫西林對雞大腸桿菌病均有療效，治愈率分別為 83%、 73%，而混劑的治愈率為 93%。死亡率分別為 17%、 13%、 7%。 有效率分別為83%、 87%、 93%實驗結(jié)果表明慶大霉素和阿莫西林均可有效控制大腸桿菌病，而混劑可有效增加療效，聯(lián)合用藥能更 好的治療大腸桿菌病。 關(guān)鍵詞：雞；大腸桿菌；慶大霉素；阿莫西林；單獨用藥；聯(lián)合用藥 慶大霉素和阿莫西林的 協(xié)同作用對雞大腸桿菌病的治療 試 驗 II Abstract Chicken Colibacillosis is harm the chicken industry most one of the serious diseases and is posed of an infectious disease of genus Escherichia coli enteropathogenic Escherichia coli caused by animal and zoonotic, characterized by cellulose serous inflammation, vitelline peritonitis and catarrhal enteritis. Escherichia coli is used for prevention and treatment of antibiotics. E. coli has caused great economic losses to the aquaculture industry, in order to better and more effective treatment of chicken E. coli disease, this experiment to the natural infection of chicken for the treatment of the animal, the study of drug alone and the bination of drug treatment of Escherichia coli. The chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 rats in each group. The first group was administered with gentamicin sulfate (100 mg/kg), second groups of amoxicillin soluble powder (100 mg/kg), and third groups of sulfate and amoxicillin soluble powder (100 mg/kg, 50mg/kg), 5d. Mainly to the cure rate and survival rate of each group as the standard evaluation of efficacy. The results showed that the cure rate was 83% and 73% respectively, and the cure rate was 93%. Mortality rates were 17%, 13%, 7%. The results showed that the efficiency of 83%, 87%, 93%, respectively, the experimental results showed that gentamicin and amoxicillin can effectively control the E. coli, and the mixture can effectively increase the efficacy, bined with drugs can better treat E. coli.
