The paper describes the background ,significance and development status of the color image enhancement technology .At the same time, the paper describes several mon grayscale image enhancement technology, and emphasizes the contact of the color image enhancement technology and grayscale image enhancement technology. Then the paper focus on description of the histogram equalization principle and say some about space model transformation. Finally the paper adopts the RGB enhancement algorithm , the HSV enhancement algorithm and the tensile of proportion of histogram to achieve the goal of simulation , and describes the steps to achieve the goal. After the color image enhancement simulation, I conclude by analyzing the results.
