【正文】 揚(yáng)州大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 摘 要 隨著倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)水平的提高，自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)業(yè)中應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。隨著自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的出現(xiàn)，人們對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)空間的利用率逐漸提高，改變了傳統(tǒng)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)模式。 因此，本課題提出設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)基于 PLC的小型立體設(shè)計(jì)，用組態(tài)王實(shí)現(xiàn)仿真模擬 ，來體現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的便捷性、控制性。 立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的組成部分可分為三個(gè) ：車 倉(cāng)庫(kù) 結(jié)構(gòu)部分、 輸送系統(tǒng) 部分和控制系統(tǒng)部分。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外 立體倉(cāng)庫(kù) 現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了 一定 調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，選擇 3巷道 3 層的倉(cāng)庫(kù) 結(jié)構(gòu)為研究模型。本文 分析了 自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的 工作原理和工作流程 ， 根據(jù)小型立體倉(cāng)庫(kù) 的運(yùn)行原理 ，設(shè)計(jì)了 簡(jiǎn)單的立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的 控制系統(tǒng)。采用了 PLC 控制，運(yùn)用三菱公司的編程軟件 GX Developer，選擇 FX系列的 PLC 進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)， 編寫 了立體 倉(cāng)庫(kù)自動(dòng) 控制系統(tǒng)的程序 。設(shè)計(jì)中 使用 了 組態(tài)王進(jìn)行模擬 仿真 ， 監(jiān)控小型立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式和工作原理 ， 經(jīng)過調(diào)試運(yùn)行，證明了系統(tǒng)的可靠性與實(shí)用性 。 關(guān)鍵詞： 立體 倉(cāng)庫(kù) 自動(dòng) 控制系統(tǒng) 可編程序 控制器 組態(tài)王 揚(yáng)州大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） Abstract With the storage level, the automation stereoscopic warehouse in the storage industry more and more widely applied. With the emergence of automated warehouse, the warehouse space utilization rate increased gradually, has changed the traditional mode of storage. Therefore, this paper proposes the design and development of small PLC based threedimensional design, with Kingview to achieve simulation, to reflect the automation stereoscopic warehouse convenience, control. Stereoscopic warehouse ponents can be divided into three parts: vehicle storage structure, transmission system and control system. In this paper the status quo and development trend of stereoscopic warehouse to do some research on the basis of3roadway,3 layer structure model for the study of warehouse. This paper analyzes the automated threedimensional warehouse control system working principle and working process, according to the small warehouse operation principle, design a simple threedimensional warehouse control system. Using the PLC control, the use of Mitsubishi39。s programming software GX Developer, select the FX series of PLC design, preparation of threedimensional warehouse automatic program control system. The use of the design on simulation, monitoring small warehouse movement mode and the principle of work, after debugging and running, proves the reliability and practicability of the system.
