化工 與生物技術(shù)學院課程設(shè)計 年產(chǎn) 萬噸酒精生產(chǎn)裝置粗餾塔和預濃縮塔的工藝設(shè)計 學生學號: 學生姓名: 專業(yè)班級: 指導教師: 職 稱: 起止日期: 吉 林 化 工 學 院 Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology吉林化工學院課程設(shè)計說明書 I 摘 要 在本次專業(yè)課程設(shè)計中 ,本人進行了這次題為年產(chǎn) 萬噸優(yōu)質(zhì)食用玉米酒精生產(chǎn)裝置粗餾塔和預濃縮塔的工藝設(shè)計 。本設(shè)計選用吉林玉米作為生產(chǎn)原料,廠址選在吉林市。原料經(jīng)清篩除雜、干燥、粉碎、液糖化、發(fā)酵、精餾得到優(yōu)質(zhì)食用酒精,廢水、廢渣經(jīng) DDGS 工藝合理回收利用。粉碎工段采用錘式干法粉碎工藝。糖液化工段選用分段加酶的中溫雙酶法蒸煮工藝。發(fā)酵工段以湖北宜昌安琪酵母有限公司生產(chǎn)的活性干酵母為生產(chǎn)菌株,采用大罐露天連續(xù)濃醪發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)工藝。而精餾工段則選用目前比較先進節(jié)能的六塔差壓精餾技術(shù) 。最后采用 DDGS 技術(shù)對 酒糟進行處理,利用微生物對廢水進行處理,使之達到排放標準。 從工藝計算以及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟評價來看,本設(shè)計各項內(nèi)容都比較合理,有其可行性和可用性。 關(guān)鍵詞:酒精;粗餾塔;預濃縮塔;工藝 吉林化工學院課程設(shè)計說明書 II Abstract In the design of this course, I entitled this time production of 30000 tonnes of crude distillation of high quality corn alcohol production plant and process design of concentration column. This design choice of maize in Jilin province as production raw materials, site selection in Jilin city. Raw materials by the ballast removal, drying, grinding, liquid quality alcohol saccharification, fermentation, distillation, waste water and recovery and utilization of waste residue of DDGS rational. Hammer dry grinding process of crushing workshop section. Subparagraph sugar selection section of liquefaction temperature of the enzyme enzymatic cooking technology. Section of Yichang, Hubei Angel yeast produced by the fermentation for production of active dry yeast strains, using large tanks open continuous production process of highconcentration mash fermentation. Distillation section of the selection is currently more advanced energyefficient sixTower rectification technology of differential pressure. Final DDGS technique on treatment of Distiller39。s grains, on wastewater treatment using microanisms, to meet emission standards. Calculated from the process, as well as technical and economic assessment, the contents of this design are more reasonable, its feasibility and availability.
