【正文】 摘 要 本設(shè)計包括三個部分：一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。 一般部分為 伊泰集團李家梁 煤礦 400 萬 t 新井設(shè)計 ， 共 分 10 章 ： 及井田地質(zhì)特征 ； ； 、 設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力 及 服務(wù)年限 ； ； 盤區(qū) 巷道布置 ； ； ； ； ； 基本 技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標。 伊泰集團李家梁煤礦 位于 內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)東勝煤田勃牛川礦區(qū)西南部 ， 距曹～羊公路 ，經(jīng)曹～羊公路 37km 與 109 國道相連。礦井距包神鐵路石圪臺集裝站 40km，距 唐公塔集裝站 148km，距包頭 189km，至鄂爾多斯市 89km，交通運輸條件比較方便 。 井田走向（ 南北 ）長 平均 約 ，傾向（ 東西 ）長 平均 約 km，井田 水平 面積為 km2。主采煤層 一層，即 6 號煤 層 ，傾角 1~3176。 ，平均厚度 。井田工業(yè)儲量為 萬 t，可采儲量 萬 t， 礦井服務(wù)年限為 。井田地質(zhì)條件簡單 ， 煤層穩(wěn)定 。 平均埋深為 120m； 礦井正常涌水量為 30m3/h，最大涌水量為 60 m3/h；煤層硬度系數(shù) f=，煤質(zhì) 為 低中灰、低硫、特低磷～低磷、高熱值 不粘煤 ；礦井絕對瓦斯涌出量為 m3/min，屬低瓦斯礦井；煤層有自燃發(fā)火傾向，發(fā)火期 40~60 天 ，煤層具有強爆炸危險 性 。 礦井采用斜井 平硐 單 水平 聯(lián)合開拓方式 ， 前期采用中央并列式通風(fēng)，后期采用兩翼對角式通風(fēng)。 一礦一面，采煤方法為 厚煤層大 采高 綜采 全部垮落法 。煤炭運輸 采用鋼絲繩芯膠帶 ，輔助運輸采用無軌膠輪車。 礦井年工作日為 330 d， 每天凈提升時間 16 h。礦井 工作制度 為： 實行 “ 三八 ”制 作業(yè)， （ 兩 班生產(chǎn)，一班檢修），每日 兩 班出煤。 專題部分題目是 厚煤層大采高 全厚開采配套設(shè)備研究及應(yīng)用 。 采用 數(shù)值模擬軟件建模計算 。 翻譯部分 是一篇 關(guān)鍵詞： 斜硐 ； 盤 區(qū)； 大采高 ；無軌運輸； 混合式通風(fēng) ABSTRACT Keywords： This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part. The general part is a new design of Lijialiang mine. Lijialiang mine lines in south of eerduosi in NeiMenggu province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine.
