【正文】 多軸電機(jī)控制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 隨著現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)步伐的加快，一些企業(yè)和工廠的規(guī)模越來(lái)越大，然而規(guī)模大了卻帶來(lái)了許多問(wèn)題：比如當(dāng)生產(chǎn)線過(guò)長(zhǎng)時(shí)，企業(yè)或工廠必須對(duì)模式的改變進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的人員增加，這樣不僅增加了投入成本，也帶來(lái)了許多不便。 而多軸控制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)正好解決了這些問(wèn)題。多軸電機(jī)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用比較廣泛 ,大型自動(dòng)化加工基地，例如：工廠，車間；自動(dòng)機(jī)儀表車床 。自動(dòng)化數(shù)控設(shè) 備。 目前，國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于多軸電機(jī)控制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的研究，大多數(shù)是利用 AT89C51單片機(jī)，軟硬件相結(jié)合，構(gòu)造出最簡(jiǎn)單多軸電機(jī)控制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，此舉旨在拋磚引玉，廣大用戶又在此基礎(chǔ)上擴(kuò)展出更復(fù)雜的多軸電機(jī)控制，比如控制多個(gè)電機(jī)正反轉(zhuǎn)等等。另外企業(yè)和工廠規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大急需更加簡(jiǎn)單和功能更多的多軸電機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)，由于這兩個(gè)方面的原因，因而就衍生出了多軸電機(jī)控制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的研究，詳細(xì)了解并掌握多軸電機(jī)控制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐，對(duì)于單片機(jī)的學(xué)習(xí)將會(huì)產(chǎn)生不可估量的作用。 本文主要簡(jiǎn)單的介紹了多軸電機(jī)控制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) ,從系統(tǒng)的四個(gè) 模塊詳細(xì)的介紹了其功能和系統(tǒng)工作的原理以及系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計(jì) ,涉及到單片機(jī)的介紹。從中感受到了多軸電機(jī)控制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)為當(dāng)今一些企業(yè)和工廠帶來(lái)的方便 ,減少了投入成本 ,節(jié)時(shí)節(jié)力 .希望通過(guò)本文的介紹可以使大家更容易、更直觀的了解本系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞：工廠；加快；多軸電機(jī)控制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)； AT89C51 單片機(jī)；系統(tǒng)模塊 Multiple spindle motor control transmission system design Abstract the quickening pace of modern industry, some panies and factories of the scale is more and more big, however, large scale and has brought many problems, such as when the production line is too long, panies or factories should be carried out on the patterns of change the corresponding personnel to increase, this not only increased the cost, also brought a lot of inconvenience. Multiaxle motor control drive system at present, both at home and abroad to study, mostly using AT89C51, bination of hardware and software, construct the simplest multi spindle motor control drive system, a move aimed at beginning, the masses of users and based on the extended out of multiaxle motor control more plex, such as more than control motor and reversing and so on. The expansion of other panies and factories need more simpler and function of multiaxle motor control system, because of these two aspects, and derived the multiaxle motor control drive system research, a detailed understanding and mastery of multiaxle motor control driving system of theoretical basis and practice, to singlechip learning will have an immeasurable role. This paper simply introduces the multiaxis drive motor control system design, from the system of the four modules of the detailed introduces the function and the system work principle and the design of system software, involves the MCU is introduced. From feeling the multiaxle motor control drive system bring convenience for some panies and factories today, reduced the cost, the festival season.
