天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué) Tianjin University of Technology and Education 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 專 業(yè): 測(cè)控技術(shù)與儀器 班級(jí)學(xué)號(hào): 測(cè)控 0702 班 20 學(xué)生姓名: 盧富志 指導(dǎo)教師: 張思祥 教授 二 〇一一 年六月 天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 焊接冷卻水的溫度控制 Welding of cooling water temperature control 專業(yè)班級(jí): 測(cè)控 0702 班 學(xué)生姓名: 盧富志 指導(dǎo)教師: 張思祥 教授 學(xué) 院: 自動(dòng)化與電氣工程學(xué)院 2021 年 6 月 摘 要 不銹鋼復(fù)合板是一種以碳鋼為基材,不銹鋼等鋼材為 副 材,兩種金屬經(jīng) 滾焊 成型的高效節(jié)能材料。它的主要特點(diǎn)是碳鋼和不銹鋼形成牢固的冶金結(jié)合,可以進(jìn)行熱壓、冷彎、切割、焊接等各種加工,有良好的工藝性能,材質(zhì)和厚度可以自由組合,滿足不同用戶的需要。它充分發(fā)揮兩種材料特性優(yōu)勢(shì),即具有不銹鋼的耐腐蝕,耐磨性,抗磁性,豪華性和裝飾性;又具有碳鋼良好的可焊性,成型性,拉 延性和導(dǎo)熱性,因而它是一種多功能材料。同時(shí)由于它可節(jié)約鎳鉻合金,可降低成本,價(jià)格低廉,作為一種資源節(jié)約型的產(chǎn)品,減少貴重金屬的 消耗 ,大幅度降低工程造價(jià),實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本和高性能的完美結(jié)合。因而已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、鹽業(yè)、水利電力等行業(yè),用于取代全不銹鋼,具有巨大的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本論文主要研究?jī)煞N金屬經(jīng)滾焊過(guò)程中冷卻水溫度的控制。 當(dāng) 冷卻水的 實(shí)際溫度產(chǎn)生變化時(shí),裝置通過(guò)溫度檢測(cè)單元將測(cè)出的溫度信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào),經(jīng)A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換,送至 PLC,經(jīng)過(guò) PID 控制算法計(jì)算后由 D/A單元輸出給變頻器。變頻器再通過(guò)輸出不同的電 壓及頻率來(lái)控制給水泵的轉(zhuǎn)速,從而改變給水泵的供水量。 關(guān)鍵詞 : Pt100 溫度傳感器 ; PLC; MM440 變頻器 ; 水泵 ABSTRACT Stainless steel posite board is a kind of carbon steel as base material, stainless steel as vice material, welding the two metals by roll forming energyefficient main feature is the Metallurgical bond of solid carbon steel and stainless steel, metallurgical bonding can be hot, cold, cutting, welding and other processing, a good process performance, material and thickness can be freely bined, to meet the needs of different users. It features full advantage of the two materials, which have stainless steel corrosion resistance, wear resistance, antimagic, luxury and decoration。 but also has good weld ability of carbon steel, molding, drawing ductility and thermal conductivity, so it is a multifunctional material. And because it can save nickelchromium alloy, can reduce costs, low prices, as a resourcesaving products, to reduce the consumption of precious metals, a significant reduction in project cost, to achieve the perfect bination of low cost and high performance. Which has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, salt, water conservancy and electric power industries, to replace stainless steel, with great social and economic benefits. In this thesis, two types of metal by roll welding process of the cooling water temperature control. When the actual temperature of cooling water generation changes, the device will transform the temperature signals into electrical signals by the temperature detection unit ,by the A / D conversion, sent to the PLC, through the PID control algorithm then through the D / A output to the inverter unit Device. Inverter to control the feed pump speed through the output of different voltage and frequency , thus changing the water supply to the pump.
