【正文】 蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 1 摘 要 模具工業(yè)有“不衰亡工業(yè)”之稱,人們已經(jīng)越來越認(rèn)識到模具在制造中的重要地位,認(rèn)識到模具技術(shù)水平的高低,已成為衡量一個國家制造業(yè)水平高低的重要標(biāo)志,并在很大程度上決定著產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、效益和新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)能力。 本次設(shè)計利用 CATIA 在建模方面的強(qiáng)大能力,對汽車玻璃升降器外殼的整套模具進(jìn)行并裝配。通過實體建模系統(tǒng),可以進(jìn)行快速的概念設(shè)計,通過定義設(shè)計中的不同部件間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系將它們的需求和設(shè)計限制結(jié)合在一起;基于特征的實體建模和編輯能力使得設(shè)計者可以通過直接編輯實體特征的尺寸,或通過使用其他幾何編輯和構(gòu)造技巧 ,來改變更新實體。 CAD、 CAE 在設(shè)計中的同步使用,計算分析與設(shè)計同步,使設(shè)計方案到優(yōu)化,從根本上保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 關(guān)鍵字 : 沖壓模具 實體建模 CATIA蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 2 Abstract Modern mould industry is known for never begin to realize the great importance of mould in manufacturing and perceive that the technical standard of mould has been regarded as a symbol that indicate the level of the manufacturing in a more,mould determines the quality of the products,benefit and the capability of new products exploiting to a great extent. This paper mainly focuses on modeling and assembling the whole set moulds which are used to produce the sheathing of automobile glass riser by using the powerful function of CATIA in respect of modeling.Speedy conceptual design can be conducted by substantiality modeling system and their requirement and the programming restricts will be bined by the mathematic relation among different ponents in conceptual on features,substantiality modeling and editing capacity help the designers changing and renewing substantiality by way of editing the dimension of substantiality features directly or other geometric editing and constructing techniques. For the sake of optimizing design plan,CAD and CAE can be used simultaneously in designing,calculating analysis and designing can be conducted at the same that the quality of the product can be ensured at the rock bottom.
