【正文】 畢業(yè)論文 設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目:玩具海豚的 Adams 仿真 姓 名 學(xué) 號 090309810 院 系 機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動化 指導(dǎo)教師 曹梅麗 2021 年 6 月 武漢輕工大學(xué) 2021 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 1 摘 要 近年來 ,虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)已廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)制造行業(yè),在玩具設(shè)計(jì)制造業(yè)中同樣應(yīng)用廣泛。該 技術(shù)首 先應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)三維建模軟件, 建立玩具系統(tǒng)的三維實(shí)體模型,然后利用仿真軟件進(jìn)行分析和評估玩具系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)性能,使玩具的設(shè)計(jì)制造過程實(shí)現(xiàn)了柔性化和高效化。這項(xiàng)技術(shù)的運(yùn)用不僅提高了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率 ,還不斷為設(shè)計(jì)者們提供思路改善玩具的各項(xiàng)性能,從而使得研究開發(fā)的設(shè)計(jì)成本不斷降低, 同時(shí) 也使得玩具市場更加繁榮。為了適應(yīng)消費(fèi)者的需求,研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)出更新更多種類的玩具產(chǎn)品,虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)得到了進(jìn)一步的運(yùn)用。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和運(yùn)用,整個(gè)玩具的設(shè)計(jì)過程不斷簡化,大大減少了開發(fā)成本和設(shè)計(jì)周期。 本課題通過運(yùn)用 UG 和 Adams 對 玩具 海豚 進(jìn) 行運(yùn)動學(xué)的仿真。首先,對海豚玩具進(jìn)行拆卸、測繪,然后在 UG 軟件中進(jìn)行三維零件建模并裝配,裝配完后將其導(dǎo)入 ADAMS 軟件中進(jìn)行運(yùn)動學(xué)的仿真和分析,通過不斷的調(diào)試和參數(shù)的設(shè)定,實(shí)現(xiàn)了 玩具海豚 的運(yùn)動學(xué)仿真。 最后, 對仿真的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。 關(guān)鍵詞 :虛擬樣機(jī) 三維建模 仿真 運(yùn)動學(xué) 武漢輕工大學(xué) 2021 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 2 Abstract In recent years, virtual prototyping technology has been widely applied to various design manufacturing industry, also widely used in the manufacturing of toy design.
