1 題目 玉米脫粒機(jī)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 姓 名 : 某 某 某 所在學(xué)院 : xxxxxxxx 學(xué)院 所學(xué)專業(yè) : 機(jī)電一體化工程 班 級(jí) 08 機(jī)電 1 班 學(xué) 號(hào) 202101202123 指導(dǎo)教師 : _____ _______ 完成時(shí)間 : ____ _____ 2 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)基于各種脫粒機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu),主要研究玉米脫粒 機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理,并在此依據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上完成零部件的設(shè)計(jì),并依據(jù)相關(guān)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)軟件來(lái)完成零部件的設(shè)計(jì)。本著從經(jīng)濟(jì)性和實(shí)用性的角度出發(fā),針對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的需要設(shè)計(jì)出一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,工作效率高的玉米脫粒機(jī)。首先應(yīng)該根據(jù)玉米盤的自身形狀來(lái)展開初步設(shè)計(jì),從而展開總體方案的傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。 研究的主要內(nèi)容基本包括玉米脫粒機(jī)構(gòu)、電機(jī)的選擇、帶輪的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。一般機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)方法,通常多從總體方案開始,在總體方案中又首先從機(jī)構(gòu)的分析開始,確定方案后再進(jìn)行必要的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),最后以完成的設(shè)備圖紙和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算書作為整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的成果。 為了減輕農(nóng)民的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高農(nóng)業(yè)作業(yè)的機(jī)械化程度,填補(bǔ)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械的一項(xiàng)空白,針對(duì)玉米盤本身特征進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在脫粒時(shí)釘齒滾筒高速旋轉(zhuǎn),使玉米在機(jī)箱壁和羅底之間不斷被釘齒打擊,而這個(gè)作用又使玉米棒之間不斷互相碰撞,以達(dá)到籽盤分離,然后凈粒,完成脫粒。 關(guān)鍵詞: 玉米脫粒機(jī);釘齒滾筒;傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng);帶輪 3 Abstract This design based on various kinds of threshing structure, the main research corn of transmission system of separating thrasher structure, working principle, and on this basis to plete parts design based on, and according to the relevant mechanical design software to plete parts design. In line with from the point of view of economy and practicability, according to the needs of the development of agriculture designed a kind of simple structure, high efficiency of the corn threshers. First should according to their own shape of corn dish on the preliminary design, and operate the overall scheme of the transmission design. The main contents include corn threshing institutions, basic motor selection, with the structure design of the wheel.
