【正文】 河南理工大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 摘要 本文的設(shè)計題目是“井下救生艙結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計”。隨著我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,對煤炭等能源的需求量越來越大,而煤礦安全也越來越引起國家和企業(yè)的注意,井下救生艙的問世將為煤礦井下礦工提供一種緊急避難場所,盡量減少礦難所帶來的生命損失。本文對井下救生艙在國內(nèi)外的研究和應(yīng)用狀況進行了簡單介紹,分析了在救生艙的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時應(yīng)該注意的問題,自行設(shè)計了救生艙不同艙段之間連接的艙門,對艙門機構(gòu)進行了運動分析,并對救生艙輪廓尺寸,壁厚與加強肋板的布置,密封和隔熱進行了詳細的設(shè)計和力學(xué)校核計算。 關(guān)鍵詞 :井下救生艙; 整體結(jié)構(gòu); 艙門 ; 設(shè)計計算 河南理工大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract The design topic of this paper is Design of underground lifesaving cabin structure. With China39。s rapid economic development, the demand for coal and other energy increasing, while the coal mine safety has drawn increasing attention of the state and enterprises, will the advent of underground coal mine rescue chamber to provide a underground miners emergency shelter minimize loss of life caused by mining accidents. The research and application status of lifesaving cabin in chian and abroad is introduction in this paper,it also includs the analysis of the structure in the lifesaving cabin design should be pay attention to, to design a rescue capsule connection between the different cabin door, the door institutions of the movement, and lifesaving module outline dimensions, wall thickness and the arrangement of costal board, sealing and insulation carried out a detailed check of the design and mechanical calculations.
