【正文】 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 題 目 自動剪切設(shè)備系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 —— 剪切模塊 結(jié) 構(gòu)設(shè)計 作 者 ： 專 業(yè) ： 指導(dǎo)教師 ： 完成日期 ： 南通大學(xué) 機(jī)械工程 學(xué)院 2021 年 6 月 題目 ： 自動剪切設(shè)備系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 —— 剪切模塊結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 姓 名： 指導(dǎo)教師： 專 業(yè)： 南 通 大 學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 （論文） 南通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） I 摘 要 剪切機(jī)是鋼板連續(xù)生產(chǎn)線上不可缺少的重要的設(shè)備 ,它的用途就是用來剪切定尺、切邊、切試樣及切除鋼板的局部缺陷等 。 使用自動剪切設(shè)備，實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)方式的生產(chǎn)，可以大大提高生產(chǎn)效率。目前， 對剪切機(jī)的功能需求在不斷的擴(kuò)展 ，同時也 對剪切機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率和加工精度 提出 更高的 要求。 在 對國內(nèi)外剪切機(jī)的應(yīng)用和 技術(shù)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行綜合論述 基礎(chǔ)上 ， 我們分析研究了 剪切機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)及原理。 由于 現(xiàn)有 剪切機(jī)在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中剪刃間隙調(diào)整難、耗時較長，造成 設(shè)備生產(chǎn)能力 降 低或出現(xiàn)故障而 停機(jī)，影響 快速、連續(xù) 生產(chǎn)。板材的需求量越來越大， 這里 對剪切機(jī) 的結(jié)構(gòu) 重新 進(jìn)行 了改良 設(shè)計 ， 并 利用可編程 序 控制器 取代繼電器、接觸器， 改進(jìn) 剪切 機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng) ， 提高設(shè)備的可靠性與生產(chǎn)柔性。通過重新改造設(shè)計，改善了設(shè)備的 控制精度，提高 了 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，減少 了 廢品量 ，降低了維修率 。 關(guān)鍵詞 :剪切機(jī) ， 可編程控制器 ， 結(jié)構(gòu) 設(shè)計 ，控制系統(tǒng) 南通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） II ABSTRACT The shearing machine is one of the most indispensability and pivotal equipment in the continuous producing line of steel. The purposes of using shear machine are achieving definite dimension, edge shearing, sample cutting and disfigurement chucking. Using automatic shearing equipment can realize continuous mode of production and improve production efficiency greatly. Now, the function of the shearing machine is increasing incessantly. The production efficiency and machining precision are required more consuming at the same time. After discussing domestic and overseas applications and technology improvements of the shearing machine generally, the framework and the theory of shearing machine are also studied. Because the adjustment of the shearing blade gap is timeconsuming and difficult in existing shearing equipment, the throughput of the device is depressed. Sometime it has been stopped for the errors. And celerity and continuity of the producing line are induced by these factors. With the increasing requirement of steel board roughcast, the structure of the shearing machine is reformed here. To amending the control system of shearing machine, the old control system using relays is replaced by PLC. In this way, the reliability and flexibility of control system are improved hardly. Through innovatory design of shearing machine, the controlling accuracy of the equipment is ameliorated, and the product quality is enhanced. And more, the waster is reduced, and the maintenance is decreased.
