【正文】 河北大學 2021屆本科生 畢業(yè)論文 1 石河子市居民消費變化的分析和建議 摘 要 自各種惠民政策實施以來，新疆人民的社會經(jīng)濟和生活發(fā)展水平有了質的飛躍。 但消費中 仍然 存在 一些 問題，影響 新疆 經(jīng)濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。因此 ,我 以石河子居民（包括城市居民與農(nóng)村居民）消費現(xiàn)狀為例來說明，第一部分分析了石河子居民消費支出和結構的變化情況；第二部分探究了石河子居民消費的影響因素，例如職業(yè)收入因素、消費環(huán)境因素、受教育程度因素。第三部分發(fā)現(xiàn)提出消費中仍存在的問題，包括居民消費行為不合理、收入水平兩極化、消費環(huán)境不完善、經(jīng)濟保障制度不夠完善等；第四部分結合新疆實際情況提出適應其長遠發(fā)展的建議，比如優(yōu)化消費環(huán)境、宣傳提倡信貸消費結構、重視農(nóng)村的收入水平發(fā)展、盡量縮小城鄉(xiāng)生活水平的差距等。文中將結合改革開放以來的各項經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)，通過過去和現(xiàn)在、城市與居民的現(xiàn)象對比來說明其變化幅度的大小和趨勢。 關鍵詞： 消費水平 ； 消費結構 ； 收入 差距；消費環(huán)境 河北大學 2021屆本科生 畢業(yè)論文 2 Analysis and Suggestions on the Changes of Residents39。 Consumption in Shihezi City Since the implementation of a variety of benefit people policy, Xinjiang people39。s social and economic development and living standards have a qualitative leap. However, there are still some problems, which affect the sustainable and stable development of Xinjiang39。s economy. Therefore, I to Shihezi residents (including city residents and rural residents39。 consumption status) as an example to illustrate, the first part analyzes the changes of Shihezi residents consumption expenditure and structure。 the second part explores the influencing factors of Shihezi residents, such as occupation ine factors, consumption environment factors, education factors. The third part puts forward that still exist in the consumption problems, including unreasonable consumption behavior, ine polarization, consumption environment is not perfect and economic security system is not perfect。 the fourth part is proposed based on the actual situation of Xinjiang to adapt to the longterm development of the proposal, such as optimizing the consumption environment, advocate to take the credit consumption structure in rural areas, the level of ine development, try to narrow the gap between urban and rural living standards. In this paper, bined with the economic data since the reform and opening up, through the past and present, the phenomenon of urban and residential parison to illustrate the magnitude and trend of the change.
