高功率 固體 激光器及其 關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究 院 系 :信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)系 專 業(yè) 班:光信息科學(xué)與技術(shù) 0802 班 姓 名:鄒雅琴 學(xué) 號(hào): 20211182054 指導(dǎo)教師:李宏棋 2021年 5 月 高功率 固體 激光器及其 關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究 Research on high power solid state laser and its key technology I 摘 要 高功率 固體 激光器具有高效、高穩(wěn)定性、高光束質(zhì)量、體積小、壽命長(zhǎng)等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),是軍事、工業(yè)、醫(yī)學(xué)和科研等 領(lǐng)域的新一代理想光源。 高 功率 固體 激光器技術(shù)不僅在先進(jìn)制造等工業(yè)加工上有重要的應(yīng)用,同時(shí)也是對(duì)武器裝備性能影響巨大的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。 本文首先 介紹了高功率 固體 激光器的現(xiàn)狀 , 依次介紹了圓棒激光器、薄片激光器、板條激光器和光纖激光器的性能特點(diǎn)與優(yōu)勢(shì)。 闡述了 發(fā)展高功率 固體 激光器技術(shù) 的必要性及重要性 , 然后 介紹了兩種高功率 固體 激光器技術(shù):熱 容 激光技術(shù)和激光相干合成技術(shù) 。 由于 激光束的相干合成技術(shù)在要求高功率、高亮度激光束的場(chǎng)合下有廣泛的應(yīng)用,和其他合成技術(shù)相比,這種技術(shù)具有簡(jiǎn)單性、穩(wěn)定性和可擴(kuò)容性 ,所以文中對(duì)這種技術(shù)做了詳 細(xì)介紹 。 固體 激光器的發(fā)展方向大體為:大功率器件將向高功率 、 高光束質(zhì)量發(fā)展,而戰(zhàn)略性應(yīng)用的高能 固體 激光器將得到特別加強(qiáng)從而開(kāi)發(fā)出更多新技術(shù) 。 關(guān)鍵字: 高功率 固體 激光器 激光器技術(shù) 相干合成 II Abstract high power solid state lasers with high performance, high stability, high beam quality, small size, long life and other advantages, military, industrial, medical and scientific research and other nextgeneration ideal light sources in the field. This article first describes the status of high power solid state lasers, and introduced Rod lasers, lasers, slice slab laser and Fiber Laser performance features and benefits. Explain the need for the development of high power solid state laser technology and the importance, and then introduces two high power solid state laser technology: heat capacity laser technology and laser coherent synthesis technology. Because laser beams coherent bination of technologies that require high power, high brightness laser beam under a wide range of applications, pared with other synthesis technologies, thistechnology with simplicity, stability and expansion, this technology has been introduced. Development of solid state laser direction: to high power, high beam quality of highpower device development, and strategic application of high power solid state lasers will be strengthened so as to develop more new technologies. The subject emphasis is placed on the design of high power solid state laser status, as well as research on key technologies of. Work is mainly through the information and their detailed understanding of the different types of research on high power solid state lasers and related technologies.
