The evaluation should be prehensive and objective, whose procedures scientific and normal, and pay attention to allround coordinated development of the students. This evaluation system is based on J2EE architecture and uses JSP serverside development language, SQL Server 2021 database and AJAX technology to achieve the asynchronous response. System uses a number of excellent open source frameworks such as: Struts, Hibernate, Spring, DWR, etc. It?s controlled by a clear MVC mode. These increase the flexibility and maintenance of the system. And the bination of CSS and JavaScript makes users feel friendly and easy to operate. The overall quality evaluation system in middle schools in Qinhuangdao City, the objects of which are students studied in a fouryear junior middle school, carries out a prehensive evaluation, divided into daytoday evaluation, summative evaluation and prehensive evaluation of the development quality. And summative evaluation is divided into three parts student selfassessment, assessments made by classmates and assessments made by teachers. According to the weight of each part and summary statistics, students can achieve a fair and objective evaluation. The system provides many functions, with a clear and flexible structure. And the scalability of the system makes it capable of surface on the plex and everchanging business needs.
