【正文】 畢 業(yè) 設 計 論 文 課題名稱 汽車變速箱箱體加工工藝及 銑 平 面夾具設計 課題來源 生產實際 專 業(yè) 機械設計制造及其自動化 班 級 T9131 學 號 30 學生姓名 任東方 指導教師 王永泉 /任柏林 完成日期 20210110 湖 北 汽 車 工 業(yè) 學 院 畢 業(yè)(設 計) 論 文 I 摘 要 本設計是汽車變速箱箱體零件的加工工藝規(guī)程 設計 及 銑削 專用夾具設計。汽車變速箱箱體的主要加工表面是平面及孔系。一般來說,保證平面的加工精度要比保證孔系 的加工精度容易。因此,本設計遵循先面后孔的原則 ,并將孔與平面的加工明確劃分成粗加工和精加工階段以保證孔系加工精度?;鶞蔬x擇以變速箱箱體的輸入軸和輸出軸的 軸 承孔作為粗基準,以頂面與兩個工藝孔作為精基準。 主要加工工序安排是先以軸承孔系定位加工出頂面,再以頂 面與 軸 承孔系定位加工出工藝孔 , 在后續(xù)工序中除個別工序外均用頂面和工藝孔定位加工其他孔系與平面。 軸 承孔系的加工是采用 鏜模 法鏜孔 , 各平面采用銑削法加工, 整個加工過程 以 數(shù)控 組合機床 為主 數(shù)控銑床 及加工中心為輔 。 夾具選用專用夾具, 定位元件采用若干個支撐板一短圓柱銷一短削 邊銷, 夾緊方式 選用氣動夾緊 、 夾緊可靠, 然后分析定位誤差和計算夾緊力,設計夾具體,繪制夾具裝配圖 。 關鍵字:變速箱箱體 工藝規(guī)程 設計 專用夾具設計 湖 北 汽 車 工 業(yè) 學 院 畢 業(yè)(設 計) 論 文 II Abstract Those are the machining processing procedures and special clamping apparatus design of the automobile gearbox. The main machining surfaces of the automobile gearbox are planes and holes. Generally speaking, to guarantee the accuracy of the planes are easier than the holes’s. Therefore, the design follows the principle of planes first and holes second, and the machining of the holes and the planes are clearly divided into rough machining and finish machining stage. The supporting holes of the input and output shaft of the gearbox are as the rough datum, and the top plane and two fabrication holes are as the finish datum. The main processing process are fastening the gearbox with the supporting holes to process the top plane, then fastening the gearbox with the top plane and two fabrication holes to process the bearing holes. In the subsequent working procedure, in addition to some individual processes, the gearbox is fastened by the top plane and two fabrication holes to processing the othes. The whole processes are given priority to CNC bination machine tools, CNC milling machines and machining centers are plementary. The special clamping apparatus are used in the whole machining process, positioning ponents adopt a number of support plates , a short cylindrical pin and a short cutting edge pin, and the clamping way choose pneumatic and is very the end I analysis the error and calculate the clamping force, design the body of the specific clamping apparatus.
