........................................................................................17 摘 要 塑料制品具有原料來源豐富，價格低廉 ,，性能優(yōu)良等特點(diǎn)。它在電腦、手機(jī)、汽車、電機(jī)、電器、儀器儀表、家電和通訊產(chǎn)品制造中具有不可替代的作用，應(yīng)用極其廣泛。注射成形是成形熱塑件的主要方法，因此應(yīng)用范圍很廣。 注射成形是把塑料原料放入料筒中經(jīng)過加熱熔化，使之成為高黏度的流體，用柱塞或螺桿作為加壓工具，使熔體通過噴嘴以較高壓力注入模具的型腔中，經(jīng)過冷卻、凝固階段，而后從模具中脫出， 成為塑料制品。 本產(chǎn)品是日常應(yīng)用的塑料瓶蓋，且實(shí)用性強(qiáng)。該產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)為大批量生產(chǎn)，故設(shè)計(jì)的模具要有較高的注塑效率，澆注系統(tǒng)要能夠自動脫模，此外為保證塑件表面質(zhì)量采用側(cè)澆口，因此選用單分型面注射模，側(cè)澆口自動脫模結(jié)構(gòu)。模具的型腔 選擇一模四腔結(jié)構(gòu) ，澆注系統(tǒng)采用側(cè)澆口成形，推出形式為推件板推出機(jī)構(gòu)完成塑件的推出。塑件的工藝性能要求注塑模中有冷卻系統(tǒng)，因此在模具設(shè)計(jì)中也進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本次的設(shè)計(jì)查閱了大量的專業(yè)資料和書籍，豐富了設(shè)計(jì)過程。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：
