【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 題目 : PE塑料桶蓋注射成型工藝 與模具設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院 : 專 業(yè) : 學(xué) 號(hào) : 學(xué)生姓名 : 指導(dǎo)教師 : 日 期 : 武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是 PE 塑料桶蓋注射成型工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì),要求設(shè)計(jì)出用于生產(chǎn)PE 塑料桶蓋的注射模具。初步對(duì)該塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)分析可知:由于該塑件的面積較大,因此采用直澆口和順序分型,并且采取一模一腔的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。由于塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),故而需要采用斜滑塊抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)。 本次設(shè)計(jì)的具體過程如下:首先對(duì)塑件的成型工藝性能進(jìn)行 分析。這包括對(duì)塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的分析和成型塑件的材料 PE 各項(xiàng)性能的分析。 其次, 就是如何合理的選擇注射機(jī)。選擇正確的注射機(jī)是本次設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ) 。 再次, 就是擬定模具的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。模具的結(jié)構(gòu)形式必須根據(jù)塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,通過計(jì)算進(jìn)行合理的選擇。第四步就是澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。第五步是本次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn),成型零部件的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。第六步是斜滑塊側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。 通過本次設(shè)計(jì),使我對(duì)注塑模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能有了全面的了解,并且學(xué)到了模具設(shè)計(jì)的基本知識(shí),為以后踏入社會(huì)工作打下了基礎(chǔ),可以說是受益匪淺。 關(guān)鍵詞: 塑料模具,注射 機(jī),澆注系統(tǒng) 武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract The topic of the design is Injection Mold Process and Mold Design for Heads of PE Plastic. It requires that the design of PE is used in the production of plastic injection molds heads. Through the initial structural analysis of plastic parts, we can see that as a result of the larger plastic parts, so we can take the use of straight gate and the order of subtype, and to take a mold form a cavity structure. As a result of the structural characteristics of plastic parts, they are inclined to adopt corepulling mechanism slider. The processes of the specific design are as follows: First of all, analyzing plastic molding process performance.
