【正文】 1 廣西工學(xué)院鹿山學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目: 前軸橫梁封板件拉延模設(shè)計(jì) 系 別: 機(jī)械工程系 專業(yè)班級: 機(jī)制 083 姓 名: 陳潔 學(xué) 號(hào): 20211274 指導(dǎo)教師: 靳龍 職 稱: 二〇一二年五月十八日 2 摘 要 塑料模具在當(dāng)今社會(huì)越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用,從電腦、手機(jī)、飲料、臺(tái)燈、水筆、水盆等方面應(yīng)用極其廣泛,可以說從我們的吃穿住行都離不開它。注射成形是成形熱塑件的主要方法,因此應(yīng)用范圍很廣。注射成形是把塑料原料放入料筒中經(jīng)過加熱熔化,使之成為高黏度的流體,用柱塞或螺桿作為加壓工具,使熔體通過噴嘴以較高壓力注入模具的型腔中,經(jīng)過冷卻、凝固階段,而后從模具中脫出,成為塑料制品。 本次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是螺釘座的注塑模的設(shè)計(jì),依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量和塑料的工藝性能確定了以三次分型面注塑模的方式進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。模具的型腔采用一模四腔 直線排列,澆注系統(tǒng)采用點(diǎn)澆口成形,推出形式為司筒推出機(jī)構(gòu)完成塑件的推出。由于塑件的工藝性能要求注塑模中有冷卻系統(tǒng),因此在模具設(shè)計(jì)中也進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本次的設(shè)計(jì)中參考了大量的文獻(xiàn),還在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上查找資料,設(shè)計(jì)過程比較完整。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 三次分型面注射模具;點(diǎn)澆口;司筒。 3 Abstract plastic mould in today39。s society more and more wide application, from the puter, mobile phone, beverage, desk lamp, liquid pen, birdbath is widely used, etc, it can be said that from our food and clothing lives can not get away from it all.
