I 摘要 近年來(lái) ,由于無(wú)線通信技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展 ,使電磁波頻譜變得越來(lái)越擁擠,而在無(wú)線通信系統(tǒng)中,尤其是在接收機(jī)前端,帶通濾波器性能的優(yōu)劣直接影響到整個(gè)接收機(jī)性能的好壞。因此,發(fā)展高性能,研究小型化的微波濾波器是當(dāng)前非常受關(guān)注的議題。 本次基于橢圓函數(shù)的微波帶通濾波器設(shè)計(jì),首先,由要求的技術(shù)指標(biāo)確定濾波器階數(shù);其次,通過(guò)已成熟的濾波器理論查表確定相應(yīng)低通原型濾波器各元件的參數(shù),并根據(jù)頻率變換得到所需帶通濾波器的電路模型;然后,借助微波電路設(shè)計(jì)的首選工程軟件 ADS2021 對(duì)其原理圖進(jìn)行仿真,得到所設(shè)計(jì)的橢圓函數(shù)微波帶 通濾波器的 21S 和 11S 的數(shù)據(jù)顯示圖;最后通過(guò)分析數(shù)據(jù)圖并不斷優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案以達(dá)到所設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求,并綜合比較得到最佳的原理圖及相應(yīng)的元件值。分析數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果可得到所設(shè)計(jì)的濾波器達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)要求,表明設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)方案可行。 關(guān)鍵詞: 橢圓函數(shù);微波濾波器; ADS Abstract II In recent years, due to the rapid development of wireless munication technology, the electromagic spectrum is being increasingly congested. In the wireless munication system, especially in the frontend of the receiver bandpass, the performance quality of bandpass filter directly affect the performance of the receiver. Therefore, research for highperformance and miniaturized microwave filter is very popular currently. This article designs a microwave bandpass filter based on elliptic functions. Firstly, the filter order number are determined by the requirements of the technical indicators。 Secondly, we lookup table to determine the parameters of the corresponding lowpass prototype filter through the mature theory of filter and according to the frequency conversion we get the circuit model of bandpass filter。 Then, we simulate for its schematic by means of a microwave circuit design preferred engineering software ADS2021 and data 21S and 11S the elliptic function of the microwave bandpass filter design are shown in Figure。 Finally, we analyze the data graph and optimize the design to meet the technical requirements of the design, and pare to get the best integrated schematic and the corresponding ponent values. The results obtained by analyzing data achieve the design requirements of designed filters and show that the design is feasible.
