In the design process, first we have a technology analysis and a mould flow analysis for the plastic gears to select the suitable mold and injection molding machine and so on. After stamping process analysis and mold flow analysis,we know, the parts is small, accordingly we need to design small mold and injection molding machine, the mold is suitable to use the mold structure of a four cavity with double parting surfaces and the mold with thin fine nozzle and three plate mold,on the gear top surface we set three pin point gate to inject plastic.
