【正文】 哈爾濱石油學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 1 摘 要 現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展 與 經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)加強(qiáng) 已經(jīng)成為世界范圍內(nèi)的大方向 ， 現(xiàn)代物流作為一種先進(jìn)的組織方式和管理理念 ， 被廣泛認(rèn)為是企業(yè)降低物耗、提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率以外的第三利潤(rùn)源泉 ，同時(shí)，物流產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期 。世界范圍的社會(huì)化大生產(chǎn)必然會(huì)引起不同的國(guó)際分工 ， 任何國(guó)家都不能夠包攬一切 ， 故 而 更加 需要國(guó)際間的合作。國(guó)際間的商品和勞務(wù)流動(dòng)是由商流和物流組成的 ， 前者由國(guó)際交易機(jī)構(gòu)按照國(guó)際慣例進(jìn)行 ， 后者由物流企業(yè)按各個(gè)國(guó)家的生產(chǎn)和市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)完成。為了克服他們之間的矛盾 ， 這就要求開展與國(guó)際貿(mào)易相適應(yīng)的國(guó)際物流 。 對(duì)外貿(mào)易的高速增長(zhǎng)已成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力 ， 國(guó)際貿(mào)易的快速發(fā)展 將帶動(dòng)國(guó)際物流的發(fā)展。 國(guó)際物流問(wèn)題不僅是一個(gè)涉及到運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、裝卸、通關(guān)、信息處理等多方面的跨行業(yè)的復(fù)雜問(wèn)題 ， 也與港口自身的區(qū)位條件 、 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、服務(wù)水平、管理能力、港口城市及其腹地的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力等方面密切相關(guān)。因而 ， 對(duì)于國(guó)際物流發(fā)展水平 的改進(jìn) 是一個(gè)模糊、綜合的復(fù)雜問(wèn)題。 本文 基于理論知識(shí)和最新研究， 在介紹國(guó)際物流內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上 ， 分析我國(guó)國(guó)際物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀中存在的問(wèn)題 ， 結(jié)合國(guó)際最新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 國(guó)際物流 ； 信息化 ； 人才；基礎(chǔ) 設(shè)施 哈爾濱石油學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 2 Abstract The rapid development of modern science and technology and economic globalization has bee a trend to strengthen the general direction of modern logistics worldwide as an advanced organization and management philosophy, it is widely regarded as panies reduce material consumption, improve labor productivity than the third profit source of Meanwhile, the logistics industry has entered a period of rapid development. Worldwide socialized production will inevitably lead to different international division of labor, no country can do everything, and therefore greater need for international cooperation. The flow of goods and services by international business flow and logistics posed by the former international trading institutions conducted in accordance with international practice, which is done by the logistics panies by each country of production and market structure. In order to overe the contradictions between them, which requires the conduct of international trade and international logistics adapt. The rapid growth of foreign trade has bee an important driving force for China39。s economic development, the rapid development of international trade will drive the development of international logistics. International Logistics is a problem not only involves many plex issues of crosstransport, storage, handling, customs clearance, information processing, but also with the port39。s own geographic conditions, infrastructure, service level, management ability, the port city and its hinterland economic strength is closely related to other aspects. Thus, for the development of international standards to improve logistics is a fuzzy, integrated plex problems. Based on theoretical knowledge and the latest research, based on the introduction of international logistics connotation, Analysis of the International Logistics Development of the existing problems, propose appropriate countermeasures with the latest international trends.
