材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) 摘要 I 日產(chǎn) 萬(wàn) m2 拋光磚輥道窯設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 本設(shè)計(jì)的輥道窯全長(zhǎng) ,采用裝配式結(jié)構(gòu),每節(jié)箱體長(zhǎng) ,采用天然氣作為燃料,燃燒器采用高速燒嘴,可有效的提高燃燒質(zhì)量。為了更好的調(diào)節(jié)溫度,采用 6 段分散排煙,排煙口設(shè)在窯底和輥上側(cè)墻,且在這些區(qū)段的前后設(shè)有擋墻和擋板,有效加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部氣體保留時(shí)間,提高冷熱交換效果。窯體多使用輕質(zhì)材料。燃燒器分布較廣,在預(yù)熱帶中前段只有輥下才有燒嘴,有利于節(jié)省燃料,調(diào)節(jié)溫差,使制品燒成質(zhì)量極好;緩冷段設(shè)置較長(zhǎng),有利于控制產(chǎn)品缺陷;本設(shè)計(jì)的輥道窯,窯體趨向輕型化,燒成質(zhì)量好,產(chǎn)量 高。并在窯尾將抽熱風(fēng)收集用于干燥,節(jié)能減排,倡導(dǎo)潔凈生產(chǎn),優(yōu)化工作環(huán)境。 關(guān)鍵詞:輥道窯 溫度 節(jié)能 快燒 材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) 英文摘要 II Abstract This design of roller kiln is a m, using assembled structure, each section m long body, by using natural gas as fuel, burner adopting high speed burner, can effectively improve the quality of bustion. In order to better adjust temperature, the spread of section 6 smoke, smoke in the mouth and roller kiln wall roofmounted solar panels, and in these segments of the front and back of the retaining wall and a baffle, effectively strengthen internal gas reserves the time, improve the effect of cold and heat exchange. Kiln body use more lightweight materials. Burner a wide distribution, in the tropical had to roll in only a burner, to save fuel, adjust the temperature difference, the products quality is extremely good burn。 Slow cooling section set a long, be helpful for control product defect。 This design of roller kiln, kiln body lightduty trend, burn them to good quality and high yield. And in the end will be collected at a hot air drying, energy conservation and emission reductions, advocate clean production, optimize work environment.
