【正文】 學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 I 學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 彎邊 裝置液壓系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計 摘 要 彎邊裝置 屬于沖壓機械設(shè)備，它采 用液壓傳動，主要應(yīng)用于對板型材料彎邊，如冰箱的前門板等，此彎邊裝置 的工作目的是將 厚的鋼板彎成槽狀，其工作過程如下：接料（由氣缸完成）到模具上 → 開模 → 豎直彎邊 → 水平彎邊 → 水平彎邊缸縮回 → 豎直彎邊缸縮回 → 定位模合攏閉模，整個工作循環(huán)要求在 20s 之內(nèi)完成。它的主要工作參數(shù)有：豎直彎邊缸及水平彎邊缸行程均為 100mm；定位模缸的行程為 80mm。此彎邊機的主要組成部分主要有泵站、床身、立柱、豎直和水平彎邊部件、豎直壓緊部件及定位模部 件等。泵站總共有 10 個油缸組成，傳動是平穩(wěn)連續(xù)的。其中，豎直壓緊部件是彎邊裝置的重要組成部分，它的主要作用是壓料和進行第一次沖壓彎曲。本彎邊裝置 從結(jié)構(gòu)上看，元件單位傳遞的功率大，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，布局靈活，能迅速換向和變速，元件易實現(xiàn)系列化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。 關(guān)鍵詞 豎直彎邊 ；水平彎邊；壓緊部件；定位模缸 學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 II The design of the curved side machine’s system of the hydraulic pressure Abstract The curved side machine belongs to the stamping engine equipments, it adoptions hydraulic pressure to spread to move, it mainly is apply to the side of curving material of the plank type, such as the exdoor of the refrigerator plank and so on, This curved side machine’s work purpose is to make mm the thick steel plate into a slot form, its work process is as follows: Receiving material(Be plete by the air cylinder)→Open the molding tool→Curving side in upright→Curving side in level→The level curved side urn retract→The upright curved side urn retract→Cose the molding tool, The whole work course requests pletion in 20 seconds. Its main work parameter have: The upright curved side urn and the level curved side urn route of travel all for the 100 mm。 the route of travel of the fixed position mold urn is 80 mm. This curved side machine mainly constitutes of the pump station,lathe bed and pillar,the upright and level curved side parts,the upright impaction parts and the fixed position mold parts etc. The pump station has 10 oil urns to constitute altogether， its spreading to move is steady and these the upright impaction parts is the curved side machine’s importance constitutes part. its main function is to squeeze material and carry on hurtling to press flection for the first time.
