【正文】 第 1 頁 共 5 頁 Mould Purchasing Contract 模具采購合同 This purchasing contract is made by the trustor and the trustee, according to the clauses of this contract, Trustee will develop the following mould as described below: 本合同由委托人和受托人雙方訂立，根據(jù)本合同規(guī)定的條款，受托人愿意開發(fā)委托人委托開發(fā)的如下模具產(chǎn)品 : the trustee shall implement manufacture according to designs from the trustor。If the trustor provide the sample ,both the trustor and the trustee seal the sample together. 受托方根據(jù)委托方提供的圖樣進行模具制作，如委托方提供的是樣品，則雙方對樣品進行封樣。 The products made by the mould shall pletely fit with the drawing specification or samples from XX .The eligible products will be the condition of the confirmation for eligibility of the mould as well as payment for mould shall be checked and accepted by XX. 該模具生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品必須 符合 XX公司產(chǎn)品的圖紙規(guī)范或樣品標準，產(chǎn)品合格作為模具合格及支付模具費的條件，模具需經(jīng)過 XX公司的最終驗收。 4 、 The trustee ensure that the mould can produce products,Otherwise, the trustor shall have the right to request pensation for all mould cost. 受托人保證委托人合模 萬次完好，否則委托人有權(quán)就模具費全額向受托人索賠。 All prices include VAT 17% and delivery. 本報價含 17%增值稅和貨物運輸費。 Terms of Payment: advanced payment 40% within one week after contract signing, the balance within 30 days after sample confirmation against invoice. 付款方式：合同簽定一周內(nèi)預(yù)付 40%，余額樣品檢驗合格 30日內(nèi)
