【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 eveloped by trustee,and trustor pay for the cost. the ownership / Patent right / copyright and other Intellectual property belongs to trustor. 該模具為委托人有償委托受托人開發(fā)，此模具所有權(quán)、專利權(quán)、著作權(quán)及其它知識產(chǎn)權(quán)屬于委托人。 The trustee agreed that the trustor determine the number of samples. 第 3 頁 共 5 頁 受托人生產(chǎn)的模具，委托人有權(quán)確定樣品數(shù)量，受托人無異議。 The trustee agree the times of test mode 、 the number and times of swaping sample requsted by the trustor, otherwise,the trustor shall have the right to terminate unilaterally the contract and to recover the advances paid. 對于委托人要求的試模次數(shù)以及調(diào)換樣品的數(shù)量和次數(shù)受托人無條件予以配合。否則委托人有權(quán)單方通知受托人終止本合同并收回預(yù)付款項。 1 Breach of the contract違約 （ 1） If trustee fails to fulfill the terms and conditions stipulated in the Contract, trustor shall have the right to terminate this contract thereof 受托人未能履行合同所規(guī)定的任何重要條款，如無合理解釋時，委托人有權(quán)終止合同。 （ 2） Trustee will bear legal responsibility if the mould which is provided by the trustee is not same to the mould which is prescribed by this contract. 一旦受托方提供的貨物與合同項下規(guī)定的貨物不一致，受托方需承擔法律責(zé)任。 （ 3） trustee shall nevertheless have the right to claim pensations if trustor intends to cancel this contract or order beyond the reasonable scope that trustee can accept. 若委托人要取消或終止合同或訂單，而其理由超出受托人所能接受的范圍，受托人有權(quán)要求委托人給予賠償因此而造成的損失。 （ 4） Claims： the trustee shall implement manufa
