【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） I 中小企業(yè)財務(wù)管理 的 現(xiàn)狀及對策 摘 要 中小企業(yè)在我國經(jīng)濟中具有不可替代的作用，但中小企業(yè)所 面臨著融資困難、投資能力較弱、財務(wù)控制薄弱、管理模式僵化等問題， 這些問題嚴重阻礙了中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文針對我國中小企業(yè)財務(wù)管理的現(xiàn)狀及其出現(xiàn)的問題分別進行了分析，認為中小企業(yè)出現(xiàn)這些問題有其內(nèi)部原因和外部原因。 內(nèi)部原 因在于中小企業(yè)經(jīng)營能力和融資能力不足，融資規(guī)模小，信用等級低等 ； 外部原因在于法律保護的滯后和金融工具的不合理，國有商業(yè)銀行的壟斷，缺少中小企業(yè)社會中介體系等。 綜合上述分析，本文針對上述問題提出了相應(yīng)的 措施如投資面向市場，企業(yè)強化資金管理，加強財會隊伍建設(shè)，提高企業(yè)全員的管理素質(zhì)，提高商業(yè)信用，充分利用國家扶持政策等。 關(guān)鍵詞： 中小企業(yè) ，財務(wù)管理，發(fā)展，問題，對策 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） II THE STATUS OF SMALL ANDMEDIUMSIZED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND COUNTERMEDSURES ABSTRACT SMEs in China39。s economy plays an irreplaceable role, but by small and medium enterprises are faced with financing difficulties, weak investment, weak financial controls, management issues such as the rigid model. These problems seriously hindered the development of SMEs. In this paper, China39。s small and mediumsized financial management of the status quo and its problems were analyzed. These problems that SMEs have the reasons for its internal and external reasons, internal reasons for small and mediumsized business is a lack of capacity and financing, financing small scale and low credit rating. The reason is that the protection of the law outside of the lag and the unreasonable financial instruments, the monopoly of stateowned mercial banks, the lack of small and mediumsized social intermediary system. The above analysis, this paper put forward to address these issues the corresponding marketoriented measures such as investment, enterprise funds to strengthen management, to strengthen the accounting team building, improve the quality of full management, business credit, make full use of national support policies.
