【正文】 研 究 生 畢 業(yè) 論 文 （申請工程碩士學(xué)位 ） 論文題目 移動(dòng)智能巡檢系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 作者姓名 學(xué)科、專業(yè)名稱 工程碩士 (軟件工程領(lǐng)域 ) 研究方向 軟件工程 指導(dǎo)教師 陳振宇 副教授 2020 年 05 月 01 日 移動(dòng)智能巡檢系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 作 者 : 王壽如 指導(dǎo)教師 : 陳振宇 副教授 南京大學(xué)研究生畢 業(yè)論文 (申請工程碩士學(xué)位 ) 南京大學(xué)軟件學(xué)院 2020年 5月 Design and Implementation of Mobile Intelligent Inspection System Wang， Shouru Submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Engineering Supervised by Professor Chen, Zhenyu Software Institute NANJING UNIVERSITY Nanjing, China May, 2020 南京大學(xué)碩士論文 摘要 I 摘 要 眾所周知高速公路、快速干線對道路安全要求非常嚴(yán)格，微小的事故可能會造成重大影響。所以對高速公路快速干線及市政道路巡檢管理要求也是極為嚴(yán)格。公路巡檢可分為：道路設(shè)施巡檢及橋梁隧道巡檢。 公路巡檢是至關(guān)重要的，可是對巡檢工作的監(jiān)督與考核卻存在一定困難，智能巡檢管理系統(tǒng)將有效解決上述難題。系統(tǒng)將對各個(gè)路段實(shí)行監(jiān)控也大大降低了事故的發(fā)生率，避免了有些司機(jī)的僥幸心理，同時(shí)也對 巡檢人員進(jìn)行有效監(jiān)督管理，能夠增強(qiáng)巡檢人員的工作積極性，避免漏巡、空崗的情況。 針對公路巡檢的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題，本論文所研究的智能巡檢管理系統(tǒng)包括：電子標(biāo)簽、巡檢器、通訊座（或通訊線）、管理軟件等主要部分。該系統(tǒng)基本原理是在需要巡檢的線路上安裝一系列代表不同點(diǎn)的智能卡，提前設(shè)置好需要巡檢的線路、時(shí)間等計(jì)劃，巡檢到相應(yīng)的設(shè)備時(shí)，巡檢人員用手持式巡檢器讀卡，把代表該點(diǎn)的卡號和時(shí)間紀(jì)錄下來，同時(shí)對該點(diǎn)的各種參數(shù)和工作狀態(tài)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場采集登記，巡檢完成后，巡檢器通過通訊器把數(shù)據(jù)上傳給計(jì)算機(jī)軟件處理，就可以對巡檢工作進(jìn)行 記錄和考核（如漏檢、不按時(shí)巡檢等），同時(shí)對巡檢的設(shè)備情況進(jìn)行收集和數(shù)據(jù)分析。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的移動(dòng)智能巡檢系統(tǒng)可以充分利用 3s 進(jìn)行有效的地圖管理并可實(shí)現(xiàn)地圖的縮放、漫游、以及圖層管理等功能，在此基礎(chǔ)上還能夠精確的進(jìn)行空間分析不僅可以提供給用戶豐富的監(jiān)控點(diǎn)周邊信息，還可以給出到達(dá)該監(jiān)控點(diǎn)的最佳方案以方便地為管理人員提供決策參考；同時(shí)系統(tǒng)還可以對移動(dòng)的終端基本信息進(jìn)行有效的管理，使得在系統(tǒng)中我們能夠方便的采用多種方式（地圖查詢，屬性查詢等）查詢和管理移動(dòng)終端的信息；本系統(tǒng)將全球定位技術(shù)、地理信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù)、遙感技術(shù)與最 新的通訊技術(shù)相結(jié)合下，做到了不論在室內(nèi)還是室外都能精確定位。下端設(shè)備實(shí)時(shí)上傳移動(dòng)終端的位置信息，中心處理根據(jù)上傳的信息判斷監(jiān)控源是否存在異常，是則通過定制的預(yù)案進(jìn)行報(bào)警處理；系統(tǒng)終端還可以根據(jù)管理需要可將用戶劃分成不同級別，最上層是超級管理員。明確各行政部門職能，分配不同等級的系統(tǒng)使用權(quán)限，實(shí)現(xiàn)移動(dòng)終端的分級管理。不同級別的管理員被南京大學(xué)碩士論文 摘要 II 賦予不同的權(quán)限。此外系統(tǒng)還提供擴(kuò)展的子系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控方式，如巡檢子系統(tǒng)、移動(dòng)源監(jiān)控子系統(tǒng)等。 此種應(yīng)用形式不但可監(jiān)督巡檢員是否及時(shí)到位巡檢，還可通過管理軟件的分析處理使管理者能隨時(shí)了解 公路的實(shí)際狀況，不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)可能的事故隱患和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，防止相關(guān)生產(chǎn)事故的發(fā)生，大提高工作效率，并可統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果制定出具有科學(xué)性、針對性和可操作性強(qiáng)的安全生產(chǎn)對策和應(yīng)急決策方案。由于公路智能巡檢管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用了計(jì)算機(jī)軟件及自動(dòng)識別等多方面的高新技術(shù)，因此巡邏記錄無法偽造，從而保證了統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果的真實(shí)性。該系統(tǒng)為各路段的巡檢工作提供了科學(xué)的管理依據(jù)，可以徹底杜絕因?yàn)榇嬖趦e幸麻痹心理逃避巡檢情況的出現(xiàn)，為現(xiàn)在的高速公路快速干線及市政道路巡檢管理提供了新的解決辦法。 關(guān)鍵詞： 智能巡檢系統(tǒng)、公路、交通、計(jì)算機(jī) 南京大學(xué)碩士論文 Abstract II Abstract Known for highway, fast trunk road safety requirements is very strict, minor accidents may have a significant impact.
