The new economy is the United States, Japan and other developed countries, the rise and increasingly play a very important role as the traditional economy alternative. At the same time, as the new economy of the important features of the carrier of knowledgebased economy, human resources is also considered essential to economic development of scarce resources. Human resource management functions are also from the traditional functions of personnel administration into a strategic human resource management functions, as general staff enterprise development strategy, implementation and support of the Department of the Ministry. However, the Enterprise Human Resource Management how to adapt to the requirements of the new economic era? How to shorten the Chinese enterprises in human resource management and the world the gap between advanced countries and establish a human resource management with Chinese characteristics, mechanism? Need to manage the workers, summed up the history of human resource management and exploring the future direction of human resource management to conduct prospective studies. In this paper, corporate human resources management in general and the problem start with a prehensive analysis of corporate human resources management, the theoretical basis for change and innovation, and influencing factors, summing up domestic and foreign corporate human resource management model of the characteristics of Chinese enterprises in the status of human resource management and innovative environment based on the analysis, try to put an enterprise human resource management for innovative strategies and measures.
