【正文】 天津工業(yè)大學 畢業(yè)論文 萊茵小鎮(zhèn)營銷及綜合服務系統(tǒng) “便捷萊茵”樓盤智能管理平臺的設計與實現 姓 名 耿強 學 院 計算機科學與軟件 專 業(yè) 軟件工程 指導教師 張曉琴 張大坤 職 稱 高級工程師 教授 20xx 年 5 月 29 日 摘 要 隨著經濟的不斷發(fā)展，近年來我們國家的樓市也逐漸進入黃金時期，越來越多的新住宅區(qū)拔地而起。然而，伴隨著巨大的市場前景的是房 地產開發(fā)商之間越來越激烈的競爭，短短幾年時間，開發(fā)商們推出了各種千奇百怪的售房手段，網上銷售、網上預訂等銷售手段也被開發(fā)商們推向市場。 蘋果于不久前推出了 IPAD 在線售樓系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)與傳統(tǒng)的宣傳媒介相比，能夠通過人機的互動操作界面、動畫的特殊效果、生動地展示樓盤的各種信息，顛覆了以往的用戶體驗，更是有助于提高房地產企業(yè)的形象。這個售樓系統(tǒng)的建立對于房地產企業(yè)而言，有助于標準化銷售流程，使各部門能夠快速響應用戶請求，進一步縮短房產銷售的時間，在簡化了銷售流程同時也極大的提高了用戶體驗。 因此本課題將借鑒蘋果 IPAD 售樓系統(tǒng)的核心思想，創(chuàng)建萊茵小鎮(zhèn) 營銷及綜合服務系統(tǒng) 。我們目的就是讓用戶能有更好的用戶體驗，用戶能夠對樓盤的各種信息一目了然，同時簡化開發(fā)商的售樓管理，用最少的員工做到最大化的管理，同時也做到最 便捷 化的管理。 我們采用的是 Flex+Java 的 RIA 技術體系，結合nosql、線程安全、生產者消費者模式、自定義數據結構、多線程等技術，使得本系統(tǒng)更便捷、高效和安全。 關鍵詞 ：網上銷售； 用戶體驗 ； FLEX+JAVA； RIA。NOSQL ABSTRACT As the economy continues to develop, our country39。s property market in recent years gradually into the golden era, more and more new residential area where they stand. However, with the huge market prospects is increasing petition between real estate developers, launched just a few years, developers door to all manner of houses means, online sales, online booking, buy online marketing tool developers to market. Apple has recently launched IPAD online sales system, the system pared to the traditional medium of promotion through the manmachine interactive user interface, animation special effects, vividly real estate a variety of information, to subvert the user experience, but also helps to improve the image of the real estate business. Establishment of sales system for the real estate business, contribute to the standardized sales process will enable departments to respond quickly to user requests to further shorten the time of the real estate sales, simplify the sales process also greatly improves the user experience. Therefore, this project will draw on the Apple IPAD sales system, the core idea, create Rhine town of marketing and integrated service system. Our purpose is to allow users to have a better user experience, users to a variety of real estate information at a glance, while simplifying the developer39。s sales management, with a minimum of staff to achieve maximum management, but also to the most facile management. We use the Flex + Java39。s RIA technology system, bined nosql, thread safety, producerconsumer model, custom data structures, multithreading technology, makes the system more convenient, efficient and safe.
