The Leasehold Property (the “Leasehold Property”) includes the following space of the building partly occupied by Party B?s leased area within the Wanda Shopping Plaza (“Building”) located at, Xi?an City, Shaan?xi Province, China: a portion of the area on the Ground Floor, a portion of the area in Basement One, and a portion of the area in Basement Two, (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Premises ”), and the Parking Area (as defined in Article ) in Basement One and the WalMart?s Outdoor Public Area (as defined in Article ) on the Ground Floor. 如本協(xié)議附件二的面積計算表所示， 房屋的租 用 面積總計為 一萬 五千一百六十三 平方米 (15,163M2)(“租用面 積 ”)，其中： A） 房屋地上第沃爾瑪購物廣 租賃協(xié)議 Lease Agreement for WalMart Supercenter RE2020052 6 一層的租用面積為 二百八十六 平方米 (286M2)； B）房屋地下第一層的租用面積為 商場面積 一萬 四千二百九十一 平方米 (14,291M2)； C) 房屋地下第二 層的租用面積為 商場面積 五百八十六 平方米 (586M2)。 (前述 租用面 積 的計算規(guī)則見本款如下 內(nèi)容 )。 租賃標(biāo)的物的 租金將根據(jù)租用面積計算。 As shown in the Area List in Exhibit II of this Agreement, the total Leased Area of the Premises rented by Part
