海量資料 ,百套光盤下載 密 級 分類號 431206 工程碩士學位論文 051 基地人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀及對策研究 史 婕 指導教師 謝立仁 教 授 李太峰 研究員 申請學位級別 工程碩士 工程領(lǐng)域 兵器工程 2020 年 5 月 1 日 摘 要 在知識經(jīng)濟的時代,人力資源是企業(yè)的第一資源,企業(yè)之間的競爭歸根到底是人力資源的競爭,人力資源管理是企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的動力和源泉。本論文立足于我國加入 WTO 之后,企業(yè)要與世界一流的企業(yè)競爭,就必須重視企業(yè)的人力資源,有計劃,科學又合理地加強人力資源管理,人力資源增強企業(yè)的 競爭力。結(jié)合 中國兵器工業(yè) 051 基地 ,論述該企業(yè) 人力資源管理 現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,并進行原因分析,有針對性提出一些對策解決人力資源管理存在問題,以達到最大化獲得企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力,推動企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展。 首先是引言部分,介紹了國內(nèi)外人力資源管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,及本文研究的背景,研究內(nèi)容,研究意義;接著是人力資源管理基本理論闡釋。這部分主要闡述了人力資源管理的概念及特征、人力資源管理與人事管理的比較、基本內(nèi)容及基本原理;第三,主要介紹 中國兵器工業(yè) 051 基地 概況;第四, 中國兵器工業(yè) 051 基地 的人力資 源管理現(xiàn)狀及其原因分析?,F(xiàn)狀從員工部門分布和學歷構(gòu)成、 051 基地員工能力素質(zhì)分析、員工崗位分布、員工服務(wù)年限情況進行論述。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析指出基地人力資源管理存在的問題,包括了人力資源管理知識薄弱,觀念落后、管理目標不明確,績效考核機制不完善、員工素質(zhì)與基地戰(zhàn)略不相適應(yīng),缺乏人力資源后續(xù)開發(fā)、缺乏完善培訓體系、激勵機制不健全、管理層與基層溝通不足,忽視基層員工的主動性等,并進行從受傳統(tǒng)計劃經(jīng)濟體制、受國有企業(yè)管理特殊性、受管理者專業(yè)素質(zhì)的影響三方面進行原因分析。第五,重點論述從六個方面解決 中國兵器工業(yè) 051 基地 人力資源管理存在問題的對策。最后,對論文進行總結(jié),指出研究的不足。 關(guān)鍵詞: 051 基地;人力資源管理;績效考核 Abstract In the era of knowledge economy, human resource is the first resource, the final analysis, petition among enterprises is the petition of human resources, human resources management is the driving force and source of sustainable development. In this thesis, based on China39。s accession to WTO, enterprises should pete with worldclass, we must attach importance to corporate human resources, planning, science and reasonable to strengthen the human resource management, human resources, enhance the petitiveness of enterprises. With China North Industries 051 bases, human resources management discussed the status and problems, and analyzes the reason, there are some specific measures to solve problems of human resources management in order to get enterprises to maximize economic and social benefits, improve enterprise39。s core petitiveness, promote the sustainable development of enterprises This article is divided into six parts, the first part of the introduction. This paper introduces the research status of human resource management, and the background of this study, content, significance。 the second part, explain the basic theory of human resource management. This part describes the concept of human resource management and characteristics of human resource management and personnel management of the parison, the basic content and basic principles of enterprise human resource management role。 third part introduces the overview of China North Industries 051 bases。 s four parts, China North Industries 051 human resource base .Management Situation and Analysis. Number of employees from the base status, educational background, ability and quality, job structure were discussed. And on this basis, analysts pointed out that the existing base of human resources management issues, and conduct from the traditional planned economic system, stateowned enterprises managed by the special nature of the impact of professional quality by the manager for three reasons analysis. The fifth part focuses on six areas from the China North Industries 051 base address human resource management. Management of existing problems. Part VI conclusions and outlook. summarizes the thesis that lack of research, and human resource management trends in future research prospects. Goal of this research is to look forward to 051 bases of China Ordnance Industry Problems with the research and analysis, to human resources management of the enterprise can better carry out the work, carried out more systematically to regulate the management of implementation. Through the collection of literature methods, such as survey, a preliminary thesis research objectives are achieved. However, due to the limited literature data collected by the author, the interviewee is only part of managers and staff representatives, so the thesis is not enough depth of excavation, the direction of future research in human resource management in the theory, human resources development related issues expansion of research.
