The criminal law revision also took justifiable defence limits as its are many theories about defense limit.“Damage theory”is the most defence has his basic characteristics in subjective and objective aspects. Infinite defence is a specific form of ordinary justifiable infinite defense into special defense seems preferable. Special defense and ordinary justifiable defence has both connection and differences. The confusing description of special defense needs to be improved.
