【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)論文 國際交通物流基礎設施研究 國際 物流園區(qū)選址分析 姓 名 李鵬陽 學 號 20204170205 專 業(yè) 物流管理 指導教師 丁莉 2020年 4 月 20 摘要 21世紀以來，世界范圍內(nèi)的現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。其中，物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃和建設是助推現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的重要因素之一，極大的推動了物流業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此科學的選址和全面的布局物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃設計就顯得尤為重要。同時物流園區(qū)的建設可以為當?shù)靥峁┐罅康木蜆I(yè)崗位，推動地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。 目前，我國有關(guān)具有國際物 流功能的物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃研究仍然處于初級階段，仍未形成系統(tǒng)的研究方法。本論文結(jié)合中外現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗和學術(shù)理論，對國際物流園區(qū)的研究方法及布局選址原則和物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃等相關(guān)問題進行科學的研究。 本論文的主要內(nèi)容如下：對國際物流園區(qū)的概念、功能及演變進行基本論述，簡單描述物流園區(qū)與城市發(fā)展的關(guān)系，園區(qū)的選址原則，影響因素等。運用層次分析法、重心分析法及整數(shù)規(guī)劃等原理對物流園區(qū)選址進行較全面的全面分析和研究。并對物流園區(qū)內(nèi)部的配套設施規(guī)劃進行了研究。通過對雙鴨山物流園區(qū)選址實例分析，較全面分析物流園區(qū)在物流系統(tǒng)中 的作用?？偨Y(jié)物流園區(qū)選址相關(guān)方法，并對物流園區(qū)選址的影響因為作了較深入的研究。 關(guān)鍵詞：物流園區(qū)；選址方法；配套設施 Abstract Since the 21st century, the world within the scope of the modern logistics industry is developing rapidly. Among them, the logistics park planning and construction is one of the important factors that boost the modern logistics development, greatly promote the development of the logistics industry. So the locations of the scientific and prehensive logistics park layout planning and design is particularly important. At the same time the construction of logistics park can provide lots of jobs for local, promote regional industrial structure adjustment. At present, our country related with international logistics functions of logistics park planning research is still in its infancy, still has not formed the research methods of the system. This paper bined with Chinese and foreign experience and academic theory, modern logistics industry development in international logistics park research methods and principles of layout and site selection and logistics park planning and related problems in scientific research. The main content of this thesis are as follows: the concept of international logistics park, function and evolution of basic, this paper simple describes the relationship between logistics parks and the urban development, the park39。s location principle, influence factors and so on. Using the principle of analytic hierarchy process , the center of gravity method and integer programming of logistics park location for more prehensive thorough analysis and research. And on the inside of the logistics park facilities planning is studied. Through to the logistics park location analysis, a prehensive analysis of the role of logistics park in logistics system. Logistics park location correlation method, and the influence of the logistics park location for deeper research.
