東 北 大 學(xué) 再 教 育 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 論 文 I 摘要 隨著汽車的普及,交通事故也日趨頻繁,人們對汽車安全性的要求也越來越高 。對于這些要求,只有通過對汽車系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的深入研究才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。 在多體系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)分析軟件中, ADAMS 是車輛動力學(xué)中應(yīng)用最廣,最為著名的一個軟件。 本文 基于多剛體動力學(xué) ADAMS 軟件對汽車制動系統(tǒng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。在 ADAMS/Car 模塊中構(gòu)建整車動力學(xué)模型,進(jìn)行直線制動仿真,分析了影響制動性能的關(guān)鍵因素;基于響應(yīng)面法利用 ADAMS/Insight 模塊對制動系統(tǒng) 前、后制動輪缸活塞面積 ,前、后制動器的摩擦系數(shù) 和 前后制動管路壓強(qiáng)分配 系數(shù) 進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,得到制動距離最短的制動系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化參數(shù);并對優(yōu)化前后的制動性能進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過優(yōu)化后的汽車制動性能得到較大改善 。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 盤式制動器;仿真;響應(yīng)面法;參數(shù)優(yōu)化東 北 大 學(xué) 再 教 育 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 論 文 II Abstract With the popularization of automobile, Traffic accident bees more and more. More powerful technology and methods meet them, and they all based on betterly studing system dynamics of automobile. The software ADAMS, which developed with multibody system dynamics, is the most fashionable and authoritative software in the field of mechanical dynamics design for automotive brake system parameters is discussed in this paper based on multibody dynamic software ADAMS. In ADAMS/Car module, the vehicle dynamic model is built and straight brake simulation is performed, the optimal ranges of main factors are determined after analyzing the factors effecting brake performance. By using response surface methodology a group of optimal parameters is obtained with shortest brake distance in ADAMS/Insight module. The results of simulation are pared with that of the primary is enhanced after optimal design.
