【正文】 西安建筑科技大學(xué)碩士論文 利用鐵礦尾礦制備輕質(zhì)隔熱保溫墻體材料的研究 專 業(yè) : 礦物加工工程 碩 士 生 : 袁蝴蝶 指導(dǎo)教師 :尹洪峰 教授 摘 要 本文以梅山鐵 尾礦為原料,機(jī)械起泡工藝結(jié)合水基凝膠注模成型工藝 制備 了輕質(zhì) 隔熱保溫墻體 材料。研究了 pH 值、分散劑的含量、固相含量、以及尾礦粒度對(duì)漿料流變性能的影響 ; 研究了 發(fā)泡劑與發(fā)泡劑的添加量對(duì)漿料發(fā)泡性能的影響 、料漿的膠凝化特性和 坯體 的 干燥 工藝 制度 ; 研究了粘土水泥結(jié)合相制備輕質(zhì)隔熱保溫墻體材料 的制備工藝 和性能 。 實(shí)驗(yàn)研究 結(jié)果如下 : 第一部分:凝膠注模工藝制備輕質(zhì)隔熱墻體材料 (1) 漿料中固相含量為 55vol.%,分散劑為 .%時(shí),在 pH= 的情況下,可獲得高固相含量流變性能良好的懸浮液。 (2) 十二烷基苯磺酸鈉、十二烷基磺酸鈉和液態(tài)皂的添加量分別為 wt. %、 0. 8wt.%、 .%時(shí)漿料的發(fā)泡性能最好 ; 催化劑、引發(fā)劑添加量分別為 wt. %、 .%時(shí),在 60min 左右凝膠化反應(yīng)相對(duì)完全。 (3) 低溫高濕與高溫低濕結(jié)合干燥方式可獲得不開裂、強(qiáng)度高的坯體,縮短了干燥周期。 但此工藝難以控制,難于 工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 第二部分: 粘土水 泥結(jié)合相制備輕質(zhì)隔熱墻體材料 (1)在 pH 值 時(shí),隨著 pH值的增大漿料的粘度是減小的,但當(dāng) pH值 時(shí),隨著 pH 值的增大漿料的粘度是增加的。 pH 值 = 時(shí)漿料的粘度最低。 (2)比較 三種 發(fā)泡劑 (十二烷基磺酸鈉、十二烷基苯磺酸鈉、液態(tài)皂) 以及各自的加入量 ,發(fā)現(xiàn) : 以 液態(tài)皂 為 發(fā)泡劑,且 當(dāng) 加入量為 %時(shí)發(fā)泡性能較好 。 (3)材料的 體積密度為 g/cm3, 耐壓強(qiáng)度為 , 導(dǎo)熱系數(shù) W/(mK)氣孔率 為 65%,且 氣孔較規(guī)則,分布較均勻 , 因此該材料 接近 輕質(zhì)隔熱墻體材料的要求 。 關(guān)鍵詞 :尾礦;凝膠注模;發(fā)泡劑;輕質(zhì)隔熱 ;墻體材料 西安建筑科技大學(xué)碩士論文 Study on the Preparation of light heatinsulation wall material with iron tailings Specialty: Mineral process engineering Candidate: Yuan Hudie Advisor: Pro. Yin Hongfeng Abstract Light heatinsulation wall material was prepared using the meishan iron tailings as raw material and bining mechanical foaming process and waterbased gelcasting method. Effects of the pH value, dispersant content, solidphase content, as well as the size of the tailings on the rheological properties of slurry were investigated. Effect of foaming agent and the content of them on the slurry were also investigated, meanwhile, gelatination performance and drying schedule of body were researched. The preparation process and properties of light heatinsulation wall material bined by clay and cement were investigated. The results were as follows: Part one:Gelcasting process to prepare lightweight thermal insulation wall materials (1) Suspension with high solid content and good rheological property can be prepared, when the solid content in slurry was 55vol%, the dispersion is %, pH = . (2) When the SDBS, SDS and liquid soap were added .%, .%, wts.% respetively, the foaming property of slurry was the best. (3) When catalyst and initiator was %, %, The gelation reaction was relatively pleted in the 60 can use the schedule bining low temperature with high humidity and high temperature with low humidity to prepare wall material with no crack and high strength, The drying time was shortened. But this process was hard to control and was difficult for industrial production. Part two: To prepare the lightweight thermal insulation wall materials bined by clay and cement (1) When the pH< , slurry’s viscosity decreased with the pH increased. (3)The density of the material was , pressive strength was , coefficient of thermal conductivity was W/(mK), porosity was 65%, and the pore in samples was regular and the material was close to request of the lightweight insulating wall materials .
