Webbased data sharing system is designed to take full advantage of the work and Inter technology, so that people can conveniently learning and sharing the excellent information that they have to meet the modern datasharing needs and bring convenience to the user39。s daytoday study life. Through questionnaires, market research to have a prehensive understanding of the detailed requirements of the system. And according to the current work munication technology, Inter technology and the software technical to demonstrate the technical feasibility of the system. Applying modern software design technology for the detailed design of the system and using the integrated development environment for coding and implementation of the system. The development of the data sharing system based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2021 development platform and Web server technology to achieve the B / S mode data sharing system in C development language. It uses access database technology and other Webbased application development technology to develop a fast and convenient data sharing system. Through the process of system feasibility study, the system needs analysis, outline design and detailed design, fully being aware of that user to take advantage of this system is mainly for data upload and download, besides the system can also be achieved in technology. And have achieved user registration and login system, upload and download of data system, simple evaluation and scoring system, and user management and data management system which can fully meet the needs of users.
