【正文】 廣西工學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 課題名稱： 年產(chǎn) 1000 噸阿司匹林的工段工藝設(shè)計(jì) Topic name: An annual output of 1,000 tons of aspirin section process design 系 別： 生物與化學(xué)工程系 專 業(yè)： 化學(xué)工程與工藝 班 別： 化工 071 學(xué) 號(hào)： 202100601030 姓 名： 朱遠(yuǎn)強(qiáng) 指導(dǎo)老師： 陳曉偉 2021 年 5 月 27 日 廣西工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 年產(chǎn) 1000 噸阿司匹林的合成的工段設(shè)計(jì) 2 摘要 阿司匹林又稱乙酰水楊酸 ，已應(yīng)用百年 ，成為醫(yī)藥史上三大經(jīng)典藥物之一 ，至今它仍是世界上應(yīng)用最廣泛的解熱、鎮(zhèn)痛和抗炎藥 ，隨著不斷的研究發(fā)現(xiàn) ，其對(duì)其他一些疾病也有著獨(dú)特的療效。百年老藥阿司匹林憑借其低廉的價(jià)格和較小的不良反應(yīng)贏得了市場(chǎng)的普遍認(rèn)可，現(xiàn)已成為世界上最重要的解熱鎮(zhèn)痛藥之一。近年來，阿司匹林的適用范圍已從解熱鎮(zhèn)痛藥向心血管病預(yù)防用藥領(lǐng)域擴(kuò)展 ，在心血管病預(yù)防用藥量不斷增加的推動(dòng)下，其市場(chǎng)得到進(jìn)一步的上升空間。事實(shí)上，除了心血管病方面，阿司匹林還在其他疾病上有獨(dú)特的療效 ，例如 ：防 治糖性 白內(nèi)障 、治療抗生素所致聽力障礙、抗衰除皺、改善老年男性性功能 、治療艾滋病 、癌癥等 。 本設(shè)計(jì)的課題是阿司匹林的的合成，年產(chǎn)量 為 1000 噸。是以水楊酸和酸酐為原料， 經(jīng)過?；Y(jié)晶，過濾，干燥生產(chǎn)得阿司匹林的流程設(shè)計(jì)。主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容分為兩部分；工藝設(shè)計(jì)和非工藝設(shè)計(jì)。工藝設(shè)計(jì)包括方案設(shè)計(jì)及物料恒算，熱量恒算，主要設(shè)備選型計(jì)算，車間布置設(shè)計(jì)，管路設(shè)計(jì)等。非工藝設(shè)計(jì)包括廠房設(shè)計(jì)，儀表及自動(dòng)化，經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)，公用工程，環(huán)保，安全設(shè)施以及繪制工藝流程圖，車間平面布置圖，管道布置圖等，并對(duì)整個(gè)車間的投資與成本進(jìn)行預(yù) 算。 關(guān)鍵詞：阿司匹林：結(jié)晶：過濾： 離心： 工藝生產(chǎn) 廣西工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 年產(chǎn) 1000 噸阿司匹林的合成的工段設(shè)計(jì) 3 Abstract the Aspirin also called acetylsalicylic acid, has been used hundred years, bee medical history, one of three classic drugs since it is still the world the most widely used antipyretic, analgesia and antiinflammatory drugs, with the continuous research found that, on the other disease also has a unique curative effect. 100 old medicine aspirin with its low price and smaller adverse reactions win the market with general recognition of the, has now bee one of the world39。s most important one of antipyretic analgesics. In recent years, the applicable range from aspirin already antipyretic analgesics to cardiovascular prevention medicine horizons, and heart vascular disease prevention technique increases unceasingly, driven by its market further ascendant Spaces. In fact, aside from cardiovascular disease, aspirin also in other diseases have unique curative effect, for example: prevention sugar type of cataract, treatment use of antibiotics hearing impairment, fight decline except knit, improve senile male sexual, treatment of AIDS and cancer. This design topic was aspirin, the synthesis of annual output is 1500 tons. Based on salicylic acid and anhydride as raw material, through acylation, crystallization, filtering, drying to aspirin process design. The main design content can be divided into two parts。 Technological design and the process design. Process design including design and material constant calculate, heat constant calculate, main equipment selection, workshop layout design calculation, pipeline design, etc. The process design including plant design, instrument and automation, economic evaluation, utilities, environment protection, safety facilities and rendering process flow diagram, workshop layout, piping layout, etc, and on the whole workshop of investment and cost budget.
