內(nèi)蒙 古科 技大學(xué) 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū) 題 目 :年產(chǎn) 400 噸 土 霉素發(fā)酵工段工藝設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名 :薛紅偉 學(xué) 號(hào) :0602121114 專 業(yè) :生物工程 班 級(jí) :061 班 指導(dǎo)教師 :趙宏宇 講師 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū) I 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)是年產(chǎn) 400 噸土霉素的發(fā)酵工段 工藝 設(shè)計(jì)。 土霉素是四環(huán)素類(lèi)抗菌素的一種 , 是 由 龜裂鏈霉菌所產(chǎn)生的抗生素 , 對(duì)多種球菌和桿菌有抗菌作用 , 對(duì)立克次體和阿米巴病原蟲(chóng)也有抑制作用 , 用來(lái)治療上呼吸道感染、胃腸道感染、斑疹傷寒、恙蟲(chóng)病等。經(jīng)查資料選擇合理的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、設(shè) 計(jì)方法、思路。本設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容包括 :生產(chǎn)工藝選擇 , 工藝計(jì)算(物料衡算 , 能量衡算 , 水、蒸汽用量 , 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備、非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備的尺寸計(jì)算 , 換熱設(shè)備 , 壓縮空氣耗量等)、設(shè)備選型(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備)。根據(jù)發(fā)酵罐的尺寸結(jié)構(gòu) , 選取合理的 車(chē)間布局 , 公用工程、安全衛(wèi)生與環(huán)境保護(hù)等為輔助工藝。設(shè)計(jì)最后計(jì)算得到 50m3的 發(fā)酵罐 7 臺(tái) , 10 m3 的 種子罐 4臺(tái) , 10 m3的補(bǔ)料罐 2 臺(tái) , 10 m3 的氨水儲(chǔ)罐 2 個(gè) , m3的泡敵罐 2 個(gè)以及 1 m3 的植物油罐 2 個(gè)。 共 繪制了六張圖 :發(fā)酵罐裝配圖、種子罐裝配圖、物料流程圖、工藝管道及儀表流程圖、廠房 車(chē)間布置圖、設(shè)備一覽表 , 完成設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :土霉素 。發(fā)酵 。生產(chǎn) 。工藝設(shè)計(jì) 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū) II The process design of the Oxytetracycline fermentation section with the capacity of 400 tons annually Abstract The task was to design an annual output of 400 tons of Oxytetracycline fermentation process. Oxytetracycline is one of the tetracyclinetype antibiotics. It was produced by Streptomyces rimosus antibiotics, which have antibacterial activity against Rickettsia pathogenic amoeba and insects, and can treat of upper respiratory tract infection, gastrointestinal tract infections , typhus, scrub typhus and so on. The design of the main included as follows: the selection of producting process , the process of calculation (material balance, energy balance, water, steam consumption, the standard equipment, the size of nonstandard equipment, the heat transfer equipment, pressed air consumption), equipment selection(standard, nonstandard equipment).According to the size of Fermentation tank, the structure of the plant layout a reasonable, public works and health and safety and environmental protection was selected as supporting technology. The calculation is: seven fermenters of 50 m3,four seeding tanks of 10 m3, two feeding tanks of 10 m3,two ammonia pitchers of 10 m3,two tanks of m3 and two plant oil tanks of 1 designed plot as follows: fermentor assembly diagram, assembly drawing of seed filling, material follow diagram, process piping and instrumentation flow diagram, plant layout workshop, equipment list, plete the design specification.
