0 廣東工業(yè)大學(xué) 華立學(xué)院 (填 所在學(xué)院名 ) 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) [填 公選課 課堂論文 ] 小型水電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與研究 論文題目 小型水電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與研究 系 部 機(jī)械電氣學(xué)部 專 業(yè) 電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化 班 級(jí) 填 14標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化 X班 09電氣 5 班 學(xué) 號(hào) 填 所在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化班序號(hào) 12030905035 學(xué)生姓名 謝曉珊 指導(dǎo)教師 丁延 林 1 摘要 我國(guó)水利資源十分豐富,水電發(fā)展十分迅速,但是其中相當(dāng)一部分小水電站仍然存在運(yùn)行時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、設(shè)計(jì)保守、裝置落后等問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響了小水電站的運(yùn)行可靠性與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,進(jìn)而影響小水電站建設(shè)成本的回收。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)及電子信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,技術(shù)先進(jìn)、性能可靠地微機(jī)綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)開(kāi)始得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,因此,研制一套能滿足中小型水電站計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控需求的系統(tǒng)以提高水電站技術(shù)和管理水平,具有重要的實(shí)際意義。 水電站計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是一門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)控制原理、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)、數(shù)字圖像處理等學(xué)科,并能對(duì)水電站進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和管理 的重要技術(shù)。論文依據(jù)自動(dòng)發(fā)電的控制要求,對(duì)典型的二級(jí)水電站計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)的配置和方案的設(shè)計(jì)。 系統(tǒng)采用分層分布式的結(jié)構(gòu)體系將整個(gè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)分成電站層、現(xiàn)地控制層兩層。同時(shí),依據(jù)小型水電站自身的特點(diǎn),在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)對(duì)電站控制層主控設(shè)備和現(xiàn)地設(shè)備單元之間的通訊,以及保護(hù)測(cè)控裝置與機(jī)組見(jiàn)的通信采用 CAN 總線網(wǎng)絡(luò);其他智能設(shè)備與機(jī)組間的通信均采用 RS485/RS232 網(wǎng)絡(luò)?,F(xiàn)地控制層的設(shè)計(jì)中采用了以 EDCS7340 和 PLC 為核心,并輔之于各種自動(dòng)化儀表,來(lái)完成對(duì)本地機(jī)組的控制和調(diào)節(jié)。上位機(jī)的監(jiān)控畫(huà)面的設(shè)計(jì)選用功 能強(qiáng)大的工控組態(tài)軟件 —— 組態(tài)王 通用版,完成了對(duì)水電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的各種監(jiān)控界面設(shè)計(jì)等功能。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 小型水電站,計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控, 現(xiàn)地控制單元 ,可編程邏輯控制器 2 Abstract The water resource of China is very rich, the development of hydropower is also paratively rapid. However, there are some problems in many small hydroelectric power stations, such as the running time is long, the design is conservative, the installation is backward. All of these problems made serious impact on economic efficiency. Besides, with the rapid development of puter and electronic information technology, advanced and reliable synthetical automation system has been applied widely. Therefore, design and research a suit of puter monitoring and control system which can meet the demand of small and mediumsized hydropower to improve the technology and management level has an important practical significance. The hydropower station puter monitoring and control system is such a kind of technology which involves automatic control theory, puter work, digital image processing etc, and which can also realize the realtime monitoring and management of hydropower station. According to the automatic generation control requirement of hydropower station, the paper finished puter supervisory control system design of a secondly small typical hydropower station . Through adopting the hierarchical and distributed control system structure, the hydropower station control system can be divided into centralize control layer and local control unit layer. According to the characteristic of small hydropower station, we adopt CAN bus work in the design of the munication between the power station control layer master equipment and the local master control unit, and in the measurement and control devices with the local control unit. While in other intelligent devices we adopt the traditional RS485/RS232 work. In the design of local control unit, we adopt EDCS7340 and PLC, plemented by a variety of automated instrumentation to realize the local control unit control and adjusting.
